I recently visited the Forman Mills store at 3215 N. 5th St Highway in Reading, PA . My partner and I were there for about 10–15 minutes, purchasing a few basic t-shirts. Upon exiting, we were asked to open our bags and show their contents. While I understand the importance of loss prevention, the request felt abrupt and invasive, especially given the short duration of our visit and the nature of our purchases.
There was no clear signage at the entrance indicating that bag checks were a standard policy, and the process lacked an explanation or courtesy. It made us feel more like suspects than valued customers. I hope Forman Mills considers implementing clearer communication regarding their security policies and approaches these situations with greater sensitivity...

Honestly if you can do Ollie's and Ross and Burlington they are unorganized and sometimes you don't even get help. Give them a chance. So much complaining. Like you buying Liz Taylor or ann Klein....
