Premier Rental-Purchase — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

The employees are rude and unprofessional. I visited the store to see the selection they had to offer since I couldn't find anything at Aaron's. I went to Premier and found two items I liked, which were a couch and bedroom set that were very lovely. Upon looking at the price they were under reasonable price. When I told the Spanish employee to ring up the items he tried to over charge me. Stating the tags are old prices. Which I saw he was triying to rip me off. He got loud and started yelling at me saying I was a waste of time to work with and needed to take the items ir leave the store. I didn't waste my breath and walked away. As I was walking away he murmor under his breath stupid put@. Since I have been surrounded by Spanish people and friends I knew what that meant even though I don't know the language. Definitely avoiding this place. Horrible...

Horrible customer service . Very unprofessional . I was on an account with my mom and I paid my payments all off . My mom had her own separate stuff and we live at two different places . Instead of calling me they put my mothers stuff onto my credit report . I asked them why didn’t they call me to figure things out they said “ cause we don’t do that “ . They should have put it on my moms account not mine ! My credit dropped a lot because of this . They told me to just dispute it but I would still have to wait a month . Would NOT recommend . And the guy on the phone...

This place is so unprofessional. They try to enter your property without permission, they harass you when you are not even customer of theirs. They even chatge your credit card without your permission. I used my card to help my brother out once and about a month later my card was charged for an outrageous amount i had to file fraud charges with my bank in order to get my money back. I do not recommend this...
