Iâm currently disabled due to an accident. It takes me a little longer to come out of my car and open my walker. One of the employees that gathers the carts in the parking lot came over yelling to my husband. âHey you gotta get out of there, thatâs not a parking spot!â My husband explained my situation. The employees answer was âOh.â He then walked away. As I used my walker to enter the store, the automated doors closed on me! I still was able to get to the area where the electric scooters were, to find out that the store had three scooters plugged in but none were working! One very nice young man tried to help me but only found another scooter in the store with its battery dead also. A young manager approached us and said that he would charge the chairs then let me know when was charged or that maybe we could borrow a wheel chair from the establishment next door. I told him I would wait for my husband in the car. I also told him that I had not liked the attitude of the employee in the parking lot. The managers answer to me was âWell letâs get off to a positive note and continue the rest of the evening!â Well I took my positive self out with my husband and daughter and we decided to go positively go shop somewhere else!    Read moreFirst of all I am an avid shopper at redners. I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and have no gotten a chance to return something that I over paid for. Since I do WORK and donât take anything from any store ! And I work a lot. Any how went to return this and never been so humiliated I my life as the store director with a speech problem told me he couldnât return this for store credit because I donât have the receipt. He went and tried to search for the product I purchased with my redners card. He was unsuccessful and had the nerve to tell me he has to make sure I paid for it !!!! It was $8.37 . I am still in shock and didnât even care to try again as he said no we are done here . I manage and could never imagine treating someone that way . In utter disgust . Iâll be taking this further as I recorded the entire scenario . I told him how disappointed I am with redners he lied and said he never said that he wants to âcheck and see how if I paid â I spend thousands of dollars here and for $8.37 I wish I would have gotten treated better and please take down that sign with bold letters as you do not take items back without a receipt. Maybe update your system as giant does so you can find my purchases . No one keeps...
