—> I encourage you to read the whole review before you decide on this hotel!!! The best part of the stay was the employees at the front. And being able to have a breakfast. It seems the employees have a strict owner or corporate rules they need to follow. The room I stayed in had a clogged shower for the two days I was in the room. When I called to complain and ask for help I was told the only thing they could do was wait for maintenance in the morning. Then maintenance would come and pour draino…which did nothing at all. The clog actually got worse. Then I’d call the next day and the maintenance guy would do the same thing. So I’m assuming that’s a protocol error or some kind of corporate instruction that really did nothing. I attached pictures of the clog. Coming home to a room, and needing to shower, and quite literally having my feet bathe in my own dirt was frankly disgusting and disappointing. And no I couldn’t wash off my feet cause the shower is still clogged as I’m writing this review. Another thing I that was bothering was the keycard seemed to deactivate. I had to get the key to the room recharged daily cause it would not let me back into the room. Luckily the employees were able to recharge it no problem. So I’m assuming that happens often, but not the biggest concern. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy, but honestly not terrible. Has an amazing food truck close to the entrance and I encourage everyone to try it. The wings were excellent. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel, after my experience I’d encourage you to look elsewhere or spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

We came with 16 kids for a cheer competition. When we arrived we were told there is not hot water as all of the hot water heaters are being replaced. Mind you we have 3 hours to get ready. They gave us one room to use until the rest were ready and the lock didn’t work so we had to prop it open the whole time we were there. There was mold all over the ice machine and the comforter and coffee maker in the room had stains on them. This place was down right filthy. The front desk staff along with having no teeth also didn’t know how to speak to adults and children. Terrible place, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I wasn’t sure about this place but it is a diamond in the rough. Great breakfast, decent price, the front desk, breakfast attendants, and house keeping were funny and/or nice. The room was awesome. It didn’t the 5. Stars because the location wasn’t ideal for us. It was not scary or weird, I just would’ve liked to be closer to downtown. I Also, the walls were paper thin. I will stay here again!!!

After a very long drive, we had a one night reservation at this hotel. The young lady at check was wonderful, the hotel and the rooms Are very clean and the location was great for us. We travel all over the place and several times throughout the year so we always try to give places a great review. However, this was a Thursday night and we were very tired and wanted to get to sleep early as we had another very long drive the next morning as well. At 11pm, and through the entire night, u til we left at 630am, there were cars running in the back parking lot, with music blasting, people standing outside below our window, drinking, smoking marijuana, yelling and swearing all night long. Alone midnight the music also started in the room right below us and people were running up and down the hall all night, slamming doors and yelling in our floor as well. We waited u til the morning to complain, as we are not from the area and my husband did not feel comfortable complaining that evening as our vehicle and all of our belongings were in it parked right outside. Needless to say we got no sleep and the next morning at 6 AM my husband brought up the morning staff member who was different from The one that was working the day before that checked us in. The staff member could hear all the music blasting from the room below us, and all the yelling and offered us compensation for the night. We were checking out at 6:30 in the morning, we went down, and as we got off the elevator that was being reprimanded by another staff member in the most unprofessional way in front of us. So we proceeded to ask if we were still going to be compensated for the night and the second staff member said to us that it was our problem and we should’ve complained the night before and we were not gonna get a refund . The $85 that it cost wasn’t going to break our bank as we just got back from a seven week vacation so the money was not the point. The point was is that the girl that came up to our room started to lie and say she never offered us compensation , so we then sent a formal complaint in which the manager who very unprofessionally emailed me back saying she looked into it and there’s no refund that they’re gonna give us. They absolutely did nothing as there were two complaints the night before over the same issues. Other people in the hotel complained about the riffraff that they allow in the hotel. Nobody removed them from the hotel and nobody did them down. And the response that we got was it’s our problem and it was too bad because we should’ve complained the night before. Again, it’s not about the $85, it’s about an apology and it’s about saying that you’re gonna compensate something and sticking with that and doing right by the guests that are staying at your hotel. This is the first time we have ever been treated with such rudeness and disrespect that we will never go back to this hotel again and we have filed a formal complaint with the best western. Good luck if you go with family and you wanna settle in for a quiet good night sleep. We’ve never stayed at this hotel before and we will never stay here again. We can only hope that it is not a normal occurrence to have that type of Riff Raff, staying in their hotel but they did not seem to be too concerned with removing them. And I also do not think that the hotel staff has the right to tell us when the best time to complain is nor should they tell someone that they are gonna compensate and then refuse it afterwards. the manager of the hotel is as unprofessional as her staff is. I also had a recording of the music blaring that you could hear from our room and all of the noise the music in the Riff Raff hanging outside of our window and the manager still did not feel that they did anything wrong so good luck...

This place is a joke. Housekeeping came into my room while I wasn't there and didn't even clean the room, take the trash out, or make the beds. They did however leave my door open for anyone to walk in and steal my belongings. They also left a note on the TV stand stating that they suspected me of smoking in my room because they could smell smoke, and could charge me $250 and I am no longer welcome at their establishment. This is complete BS. I told the manager to run the cameras back and she would see us exiting the building at all hours of the day and night to go smoke. If I was going to smoke in my room I wouldn't be going outside in February in 20° weather, while it was snowing to smoke a cigarette. IF there was any scent of smoke in the room it would be because Im a smoker and the scent could linger on my clothing, which I have no control over. Not only is it unfair to accuse me of something I clearly didn't do, but to penalize me for it is absurd. I'm actually more upset with the fact that they entered my room while I wasn't present and then had the nerve to leave the door OPEN behind them. And when I brought this up to the manager she was very unprofessional and rude, when it was THEIR error. I would say that I'm never going to return to this place, but since I'm already on the "do not rent" list, I already have that covered. Be wary of your belongings if you stay here, as you never know who's going to be entering your room unannounced.

Edit: we absolutely did not smoke in our room! As I said we went outside to smoke numerous times through our our stay. Play your cameras back.. in fact I dare say I spent most of my time outside than in said room. I've stayed at numerous hotels in the area and never have I EVER been accused of something so ridiculous! Or spoken to so rudely.. no the problem is that we roll our own cigarettes so when your staff came in our room without even cleaning the room I might add, they saw our rolling machine and jumped to conclusions. It sure seems as though you do not like getting bad reviews as every single negative review on here is met with unprofessional responses or are accusing people of things they have not done! This is...
