Brought my phone in in working condition to get the LCD replaced and they fried my motherboard now the phone doesn't work at all and won't take responsibility for it. Pics attached show phone working before drop off but the screen was a bit darker. Took it to another cell repair store for verification that the fried it. Very rude and lie to your face and try to get you to believe their lies. They talk down to you and speak in another language when they call the Mgr to discuss the problem. Now I have to replace a $1K phone when I brought it in for a $300 fix. I would stay clear of this place!

Very knowledgeable staff. Repaired my phone in under an hour and the best part of my experience was the parts were in stock. Having the parts in stock is a major part of a timely repair.

BEWARE!!! I had them replace a broken iPhone 15 screen and it bricked my phone when I tried to update the OS. An Apple tech confirmed the third party screen caused the issue. No one warned me about this possibility and I had to pay for the screen and then a replacement phone - hundreds of $$$. I would advise using only Apple verified parts for...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ignorant can't speak much English. Destroyed my phone's motherboard and would not take responsibility for it. SAID 30 MINS, 24HRS LATER STILL NOT FIXED. He got on the phone with his brother from Virginia (apparently the boss), horrible customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE REPAIRS HERE....
