Went here to purchase a trailer, the checkout experience was great, it went downhill fast right after checkout. Ashley, the person in charge of giving me the title, did not want to fill it out, she just handed it to me and told me I had to go to their "special" notary to get it filled out. I went there and they were closed, so I went to my normal notary and they told me I needed to go back to tractor supply and demand they complete the title.
All they needed to do was write in my name and address in the purchaser section and their name and address in the seller section along with the store license number. We'll Ashley started to complain about having to do this and I said look I need this done. She then fills out the name and address of tractor supply in the purchaser section instead of the seller section and still does not fill in the store license number. I told her I need the license number of the store and she says she doesn't know what it is and hands it back to me and walks away. I then go back to my notary who then calls tractor supply to get the license number and Ashley magically knows what it is at this point.
Then my notary tells her that she messed up the title by putting tractor supply info in the purchaser section instead of the seller section which then requires my notary to fill out additional paper work for a title correction due to Ashley messing this up! I finally get the license plate and go back to pick up the trailer and I had another associate start apologizing for the way I was treated by Ashley. I could not believe this is the normal process for buying somthing that requires a title change. Also the "special notary" that they wanted me to use was $100 more then all the other notarys in the same area.
This experience did not go well and it should have been really easy and straight forward, you would think they would know how to do a title change considering they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTractor Supply is one of our favorite stores. They have most everything you may need, they're knowledgeable about their products, and there is such a wide variety of items that you're sure to find something you've been wanting or needing. Two years ago, we were able to do all of our holiday shopping there! (Besides the things we purchased online.) They carry farm and garden equipment, kayaks, snow blowers and air conditioners, extension cords, heavy duty clothing, tee shirts and jeans and sweatshirts and button-ups and boots and sweaters and socks and cowboy boots and rain boots, (working and pretty ones and yes they have a dressing room!) seeds, outdoor furniture like porch swings and chairs and dĆ©cor, plus all kinds of little things that are good to have, like calendars, small animal toys and supplies, tchotchkes and picnic stuff. I'd list more stuff, but you're probably bored of it now! š of course,, you should ask if they carry what you might need. They are really a lot more like old hardware stores rather than a Walmart, and WEAR YOUR MASK!! There are signs on the door, so remember to bring and wear yours (correctly!) It really is a great store, (we've been to several over the years) and they are very helpful, and they generally leave you alone to do your shopping in peace. This is a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNow that they opened a store in Shoemakersville I will never be returning to the Temple location. I went in today just due to convenience and let me say that was THE WORST experience ever. Yes my puppy had a nervous accident in the store. I apologized and asked for supplies to help clean it up. The employees very rudely sighed and grumbled to each other and under their breath while outright ignoring me. I then continued to wait 15 minutes before anyone would leave the back office to help unlocking a cabinet. There were two other customers who needed help but nobody would come out of the back. Not even to help the one cashier who had a huge line. The employees are rude and lazy. Even the āteam leadsā and higher ups. Somebody needs to give them a lesson in customer service and work ethic. Not to mention the feed is old and covered in mites and the whole store REAKS of mouse/rat pee and covered in poo. Numerous times Iāve had moldy or dried feed. They also refuse to discount any of the damaged bags that are obviously chew holes. Today was the last straw when there was glue traps with rotting dead mice out in the isle. I will never return due to convenience, Iāll make the drive to...
