Terrible experience and very disappointed with this place. Here's my story with this place. I ordered tires on Walmart's website and entered my vehicle information. I got a list of tires that would fit my van so I found the ones I liked and ordered them. I also scheduled the installation for the tires which the earliest they had was for two weeks from the day I ordered them. Finally the day came and dropped the vehicle off. After about 1.5 hrs of waiting the one "mechanic" comes over and tells me that they can't install the tires because they were not what came with the vehicle from factory😡😡. So I proceeded to tell this person that the stores website said the tires would fit. The tires were the same specs as the tires on the vehicle except that they weren't run flat tires. I didn't want run flat tires because they wear too fast, are heavy, and way too noisy on the road. Plus the website approved the tires I chose. The "mechanic" refused to install them due to "liability issues". I said I waited two weeks for tires for you guys to tell me you can't install them😡🤬. Now for every dumb policy and supposed liability issues, there are loop holes😑😑. They said if I brought the tires in separately that they could install them🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ without a problem because they wouldnt need to scan the vehicle. I said wow, now I have to go home and remove the wheels for this place to mount my tires because I did not wait two weeks for no reason smfh. Went home removed wheels and left the vehicle on stands while I did that. Got my tires installed and took them home to noticed they damaged the wheels a bit. 2 wheels had clear coat chips and one had a paint chip as well. All wheels also had the grip stab points of the machine in the inside of the wheel....
Read moreFirst off their customer entrance looks like it use to be a fire door for the mechanic shop. Showed up first thing in the morning to wait in line with 8 other people. Only to be greeted by a coindesending woman in her mid 50's telling us all that 1 mechanic is out sick, another is gonna be late, and the other is a 62 year old man who is not permited to work alone. When I tried to leave I couldn'd because she needed to buzz the door to let me out. At which point she apologized for not buzzing me out. Followed immediately by her making fun of me for not knowing it had to be buzzed. Great way to treat a first time customer. I even work for this company, and I'm affraid to say I will not be back. I work 3rd shift, and only needed a,simple $10 tire repair. I thought showing up first thing would be easy going. How dare a customers willing to pay for service be bothering employees, and expect them to do their job. I drove my van to the Exeter SuperCenter. With drive time (to their, and then home), and registering in it was a 2 hour...
