Woodforest National Bank — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

I've had nothing but problems with this bank from day one. I opened up an account when I was working at the Wal-Mart but when I quit I kept it open until necessary. Was told I can't close it until the 6 month mark. Lady said she would put a note on it so there would be no overdrafts seeing as how I don't use the account. She said when it's time they would contact me....never did and guess what? I have an overdraft now. Why? And also the lady before was super rude and confusing. This is intended for the bank, as a whole. I was a victim of identity theft and someone used my information to open a checking account and wrote bad checks. The bank reported me to chexsystems and I have been trying to get in contact with them to clear this up and they will not help or seem to even care. This branch has modified hours where they close at 2 pm Saturdays instead of the normal closing hour of 6pm... There is a sign posted in front Informing customers of the changes, and referring them to an alternate branch which is closed at the same time or earlier than this location .. how pathetic is that??
