The owner of this Salon is very unprofessional. Triple booking clients, making them wait sometimes over an hour past their scheduled appointment time before starting service on them. Then she will talk very poorly about them to other clients. Jenna doesn’t respond to phone calls or text messages and leave you high and dry with out a response.

The salon is very messy, the bathroom is disgusting. If you want to wash your hands, forget about it. The sink will be piled high with bowls with old hair product in them waiting to be washed.

If you are unhappy you your service, take my advice don’t tell them about it! I used to be a client there for years actually! I received one poor service that was their fault due to faulty product, not even the stylists fault. I asked to have to fixed. And Jenna decided that I was the problem!!! No communication on her part just cancel my appointment and said I couldn’t come back. She is a bad business owner.

The ONLY good thing about that salon is BREE! She is amazing! She is amazing with her clients, does wonders with hair and you will love what she does with you hair. She is so professional and is the sweetest. If you do choose to go to the god awful salon go see Bree because she is the only way you will be happy you went! Absolutely LOVED Brianna! I cannot overstate how great she was. I am a blonde who typically upkeeps my highlights every 3-5 months and have bounced around salons because I haven’t quite found one I trust. You can only be over processed so many times before loosing hope!

I booked a partial highlight with Brianna and left with an INCREDIBLE highlighting job, curtain bangs and a beautiful shaping trim. She added all these on to my highlight appointment & made me feel so comfortable and confident in her ability. Truly the best highlights I have had in 15 years. She did intricate baby highlights in areas that needed it leaving me with a beautiful blended head of cool blonde. Not a chunky highlight in sight! Will not go anywhere else!!

This review is long overdue but now I'm finally sharing my terrible experience at this salon from a year ago. I booked an appointment 4-5 weeks early for hair highlighting and cutting before a month long trip. But when I got there, I was shocked by how dirty and unclean the salon was.

When I walked in, I was ignored - no greeting, no welcome. I waited for 50-55minutes, but they helped other customers who came in after me instead. When I asked the lady why it was taking so long, she barely looked up and didn't say sorry. She just said she was busy and didn't know when she'd get to me. Her attitude was very rude and uncaring.

I was frustrated and left because I had other plans and didn't want to waste more time. The lady didn't even say sorry or acknowledge that I was leaving. Her behavior was very bad, making me feel like my time didn't matter to them.

This salon doesn't care about customers' time and doesn't keep appointments. They should be more organized, considerate, and honest about when they can help people.

I ended up going on my trip without getting my hair done because of this salon's poor service, which made me very disappointed. I'm writing this review to warn others: don't believe their fake reviews. If you care about your time and want good service, stay away from this horrible salon and find a place that really cares about...
