This store has always helped us and been friendly.
Regarding the person below with the pickleball paddles. I knew that review was going to popup eventually. I was there and knew the context of what was going on. It was one set of paddles per account because that location only had a couple of boxes sent to them and there were already a ton of people in line right as the doors opened so they wanted to ensure they could distribute them evenly. If you were on a family plan of 4 people, only 1 line in that account would be able to pick up a set at that location.
With that in mind, my wife and I went to get a set. The difference with us is that I am on an account and my wife has a separate account, which means for the rules that they implemented, we were both eligible to receive a set of paddles. However the person started yelling at us and the manager but refused to listen and started calling the manager racist before even hearing any side of the story. The manager was not racist and helped everyone as they came in as long as they were eligible. The manager did not threaten to call 911 either, that was an exaggeration.
The person in question was unwilling to learn, understand, or even ask for clarification. Instead of seeking the truth or understanding the situation, they resorted to making unfounded accusations. It's unfortunate that rather than engaging in a respectful conversation, they chose to spread misinformation and attempt to tarnish someone's reputation to get their way. The staff, including the manager, were simply following the rules to ensure fairness for everyone. This behavior does a disservice to those who truly value honesty...
Read moreI would give -5 stars if Google Map let me to do so. I had a really bad experience at this store in Mukilteo WA. I and my wife went to this store for the Tmobile Tuesday free deal. They had the Pickle Ball set for free. One of the agent handled my wife first. He asked for ID, email address, mail address of my wife. He wanted to reconfirm my wife ID by sending ID code to my wife's phone. It took him more than 10mins to complete the process. In the meantime, the white lady behind me in line already got the Pickle ball set and walked out of the store. Finally, the agent done with the ID confirmation and gave one set of Pickle ball set to my wife. The agent said he manager told him only one set per account. So he won't give one set to me. This is the first time I learned of the one set per account rule. I asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager came out from the back of the store and said this the rule and we must go to other Tmobile store to get the second set. I asked him to explain more in details. The manager started to yell at us and threatening us that he will call 911 to make us leave. We didn't want to escalate the situation and left the store. From the treatment we had received from this store, we feel they are racist.
Please don't just take my one-sided review. I have filed a formal complaint against the manager of the store and TMobile said they will do a fully investigation...
Read moreI went in to get a new phone and wanted it paid off in 1 go. I spoke with the experts they had on they told me of a wonderful promotion where I could trade in my old phone to get a new phone at a reduced cost. I ordered my new phone and it was all fine and dandy until I got my bill and it said I now had 30 more payments and the credit for the phone would be applied over time not right away. I then went back to the store wondering why what was set up had been changed just to find out that this is how they do the promotions. That’s wonderful why couldn’t they tell me that a week before when I went in. I then decided to speak to Jesse the store manager who explained that it’s just how they do business to prevent people from abusing promotions and that if I was upset about it I was more then welcomed to go spend more money elsewhere. Amazing that’s the response for lying to the customer. If they had been upfront from the start I wouldn’t have had any problems but these just reeks of bad used cars salesman tactics.
