We are new to the neighborhood and were famished after spending some time planning things out at our place. Mexican food sounded great, and we found Taqueria Puebla. We are so glad we did!
Simple, straightforward menu; delicious, exquisite flavors. We had the mole and the carne asada, plus chips and guacamole. The mole was some of the best I’ve ever had, hands down! Family recipes FTW!
The carne asada was tender and flavorful, the rice and beans were perfect, and the handmade corn tortillas were stellar, as was the guac. And the salsas... OMG... so good!! They gave us a few different kinds: one spicy red one, one mild red one, and one mild green one (double dose!). The green one is out of this world, and the red ones are very close to it!
Something I noticed when I went in to pick up the food was that they had a couple specials not (enchiladas and chilaqiiles). Definitely going to remember to ask about those next time I call to order!
Another thing I noticed when I went in, which I appreciated, was that they really made a point to follow all the COVID precautions (distancing, masking, sanitizer, etc.). I felt safe, and I felt like they were keeping themselves safe, which made me really happy.
We are so glad to be so close to such a fantastic place—we will...
Read moreThis is our favorite Mexican food in the entire area! Let’s start with the Hot Homemade tortillas..oh my gosh they are soooo good. Everything on the menu is authentic, and I’m pretty sure everything is homemade which makes it even more special. My husband lived in Puebla Mexico and is picky about good Mexican food, he is a regular customer here now. Their Cilantro green salsa and Hot Red creamy salsa add so much flavor and tased fresh. Everything has so much flavor. I really liked the Agua de Jamaica which is a hibiscus juice that everybody needs to try. My favorite dish is the Mole, as well as the Carne Asada. We will definitely be back often. They also do really good deals and promotions regularly, like a free birthday dish. I got free Carne Asada for my birthday as takeout! This Mexican food definitely tops our lists..and we are...

I found it by chance while flying into PAE nearby. Glad I found it too. This little strip mall looks like a cute little story book craftsman style strip mall. Even QFC was muted and all white. Super cute.
This place was super busy, friendly and welcoming. It was 100 degrees day but I chose to sit outside: very nice and cool around 7 pm. Plus, you get to see all the planes land!
Food: Sopes / good! Very filling. I had tinga and carne asada. Tacos: yumm!! Chicken was delicious. Salsa was delicious too. Salsa bar : the best! Hottest sauces are the best!!! So hot and flavorful. Lines out the door for their little salsa bar and you can see why.
Such a cute little spot in cute little strip mall with great views. Menu is small which I love. Can't wait...
