Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mukilteo

It's always a hit or a miss (with food & service) with Jack in the Box. But this location is one of the best I've ever been. I come every Friday morning with my client and the manager who is ALWAYS there on Friday mornings, she is amazing and 150% deserves a nice raise. She is so kind but also quick and her memory is great, I see her taking orders without her computer all the time and she runs back and types it all in - she's really great at what she does and you can tell she cares about this store, her customers and how it looks. Not to mention the bathrooms, floors and tables are ALWAYS clean and it even smells clean. I highly recommend this location. The only thing I've ever ran into an issue here was when the soda machine was out of a soda flavor my client wanted, but she fixed it right away and filled it up with the drive thru soda machine. Which wasn't an inconvenience at all to me. Keep up the good work guys, I wish every Jack in the Box location was up to...

I'll sit in the drive thru in the morning for a good 2 to 3 minutes before I'm even recognized and asked what I want, this is the second time now that the young kid in the morning comes on the intercom to tell me that they're closed. And when I ask if they have certain times that they're open he replied with " go ahead.." i asked again " wait...so you are open?" All he said was "ya. I was doing my till" I don't care that you were doing your till and then I waited two to three minutes, but what I care about is the fact that he's lying to me telling me that they're closed. This is at 4:15 in the morning I'm on my way to work I don't have time to sit here and be confused by a kid on the other side of...

Place was super clean, staff was very pleasant. I ordered a club chick combo and a spicy chicken. Really no flavor for either. The spicey chicken had a chemical taste to it, couldn't finish it. The club chicken was plane old boring. Plus it was $23 and change for the whole meal. Screw that! Not worth the money at all. It's a shame, I was excited to eat here because it has been awhile since I was on the west coast. The meal was a let down. I wouldn't eat here drunk. Guess it's like every other fast food joint, over priced garbage. Oh yeah, the fries weren't half bad. So if you come here, just get an order of fries and a drink. Pretty sure the chicken is going to give me the bubble...
