J. Burns’ Pizza Shop South — Restaurant in Florida

I buy pizza from here frequently. Never had any issues with the food. The ambiance is always lacking since frequently there is no music and/ or they have politics on the tvs. Today my husband and I went to eat there and it was the worst experience we have had. We place our usual order and the service was SUPER Slow and to top it all off when the serve us the food is missing a Whole Row of slices. When i ask the server what happened she just says ... oh it fell on the counter.... and i stayed waiting something... anything... on how they will make it right and they did NOTHING. If I am paying for a full pie... i want a full pie... not 85% of a pie with 100% of the cost. I was hungry so i did not say anything else.. and you know I should not have to... it should have been a proactive reaction with an option to either discount our ticket or even bring us a small pizza the same as we had it for the misshap. That is how you keep your customers happy. Not say.. whoops i left part of your pizza on the counter and live with it cause i will not do anything about it. Next time IF and that is a BIG IF we eat there again, we will order to go. That way the server does not leave part of my pie on the counter. If i could take back the tip i left when i paid...

went here recently with some family and was so tickled that every employee I spoke to was so nice. Dan the man was just sweet as pizza pie (get it? instead of saying “sweet as pie” I said “sweet as pizza pie” because it’s a pizza place) and I so appreciate the good customer service. I didn’t know what I wanted to order and I asked him if he happened to remember what my sister ahead of me ordered. Sure enough he remembered every detail of her order- and it was a big order for a big group! He also insisted that we not clear on own table when he saw us throwing our trash away. Talk about a gentleman! I love the bangin’ customer...
