The staff was inattentive and couldn’t have cared less that the lobby was filling up with people for pickup orders. There was a woman there waiting for over an hour because the DoorDash order she had was never brought to the back due to them being out of hot barbecue sauce for the wings. There was another woman who went to pickup her order, paid for it, and then once the guy at the front was going through her order she told him that half her wings were supposed to be hot barbecue. She had been sitting there waiting for atleast 10 minutes. He came back and told her that they were out of hot barbecue and then proceeded to ask if she wanted any other sauce. She had been sitting there waiting for 10 minutes, her order wasn’t even ready. They just simply lacked the common sense to inform her that the sauce was out and decided to make her order all the same sauce (they could’ve easily asked her before she paid for her order or before her order was even done, they just lacked to even inform her that they were out of that sauce as a whole).
Now onto my experience. I showed up, paid for my order, and was told they were “still working on it”. 20 minutes of waiting later, my entire 15 piece wing was cold. Not even warm to the touch, the sauce was freezing like it wasn’t even warmed up or in the warmer. The fries were clearly stale, cold, and hard. The only thing that was slightly warm was the burger and that’s because my order sat there until the burger was done. The guy at the counter was rude and made it seem like I was a bother & annoying for simply asking for a refund considering I waited 20 minutes for cold food & then the manager didn’t say a single word to me once she came up to the front to process my refund. They also took the food back after I touched it & ate a fry to make sure it was hot (not sure if that’s supposed to happen or not, when I worked in fast food we weren’t allowed to take it back).
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. We don’t eat out often and for us to go and spend $35 on cold, stale, hard food is atrocious and then getting rude and nasty service on top of that just made it 10x worse.
To top it all off, they weren’t even that busy. Inside the store there were atleast 20 tables open and by time I left there were maybe 2 people sitting down and some people at the bar. Even if there were a bunch of pickup orders there’s no reason it should’ve taken that long and definitely no reason why my food should’ve been ice cold when I was sitting there for 20 minutes. Before moving to Muncie Buffalo Wild Wings was one of my favorite restaurants to go to, so after moving close to this location I probably gave them more chances than they deserved to keep me as a loyal customer but each time they continued to disappoint until I have finally given up on this location.
Long waits, messed up orders, and unhelpful staff are all things I've experienced at this location. The final straw was tonight when a simple mistake was repeatedly mishandled until I left feeling more upset than when it first happened. My wife's salad was supposed to come with garlic toast according to the menu but when it came out it was missing. Our waiter was missing so we flagged down another waitress and asked her to help send our waiter over, she asked what was wrong and when we explained she informed us that the menu was changing on Wednesday (3 days from now) so they didn't have any. Since she wasn't our waitress I left it at that but when our waiter came over I explained that I was disappointed that not only were we apparently not getting our toast (that it still said we would get in the menu)but that no one felt the need to tell us and we had to ask about it. He made a bunch of the same excuses but ultimately didn't offer any solutions. Then the manager came out and offered a bunch of the same excuses again but again didn't feel the need to offer any solutions. So by the end of the night not only did I pay for something I wasn't getting, they had no intention of fixing it, and then wasted 15+ minutes of my night offering useless excuses.

As we approached the booth, I noticed there was food all over the floor around and under the table and trash in the booth seat. We ordered beverages first. One of us got a Pepsi Zero. It barely had any ice in it and tasted like it was mixed with root beer. There was hardly any carbonation. Another one of us got a sweet tea and it also had barely any ice and had an off-putting taste like it had been sitting for a while and it had WAY too much sugar in it. It was a thicker consistency than tea should be. One of us ordered the cheese curd bacon burger without the tomato, onion, pickles and mayo but all four were on the burger. Another one of us ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and the chicken was cold. Another one of us ordered honey barbecue wings and they were so drenched in sauce that they were inedible. We all got fries and they were not hot and several fries were hard as a rock like they had been left in the fryer for several rounds. When we received the check, I tried to scan the QR code into my app, but when I would hit the scan button, the app just closed. I did learn that I had two coupons and asked the server if I could use one or both. She seemed very annoyed and told me to write my phone number on the receipt and "hopefully it will work."
