We have always loved the orchard shop at Minnetrista but sadly likely won’t be returning. My family was at the Minnetrista for the luminaria event and shopped at the orchard shop close to closing. My mom spent almost $100 on gifts and that included a stuffed animal chick for my 4 year old daughter. Unfortunately, my daughter left the stuffed animal on the counter and we didn’t realize until we got back to the car and the shop was closed. My mom called this morning and was told by the employee she would have to wait for the manager. She told my mom that she remembered us and remembered the stuffed animal but thought someone likely put it away. The manager called us several hours later to say they couldn’t find it (likely because someone put it back with the others) and we couldn’t come pick up another one. She made it sound like we had lost the stuffed animal outside the store and were just trying to replace it. We didn’t. It was left on the counter. Additionally, why would we want to steal a small stuffie after spending so much on gifts the night before? We just wanted to be able to have the stuffie for my daughter. I know this seems like a small issue but it left a bad taste in our mouth about the shop. Sad we won’t be returning since they have always had great gifts and I hope they treat other...

Lots of Bob Ross merchandise, wind chimes, blown glass figurines, stickers and let's not forget the honey sticks! Set your alarm clock early on Saturdays because Muncie locals set up and show off their artistic and agricultural talents. Vendors will be available to sell you sweet corn, lemon shake ups, handmade bracelets and custom coffee cups, and the things you didn't even know you needed!
