I visited Battery Master at 8:45 this morning and was warmly greeted by Kavin. After explaining the issue with my vehicle, he promptly asked me to pop the hood. As I stepped outside, Hunter was already there with the diagnostic cart, ready to assist.

They quickly connected the testing equipment to my battery, identified the issue right away, and clearly explained what was happening. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty, and they resolved the problem without any hassle.

Kavin demonstrated extensive knowledge of batteries and automotive systems. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service I received today. The team’s professionalism and excellent customer service truly turned my morning around. Great job to everyone at Battery Master...

We were in town from Vermont for our daughter’s graduation from Ball State University. Muncie has no Tesla Supercharging stations. The only destination chargers were at the nearby Hoosier Park casino with 2 spots that are consistently occupied by NON EV vehicles (this is the attitude of the business and those who go there). Lucky for us this local business owner is savvy enough to install a TESLA and EV charger. The employee was super nice and happy to allow us to leave our car to charge. Our daughter’s boyfriend has gotten a battery there and they were equally as helpful. This owner ‘gets it’ that this is the way of the future and an asset to his business. Went her to find a battery for a side by side and was so happy I did! Everywhere else wanted to sell me the wrong style of battery for double the cost all I had to do was show them picture of battery and they found it fast tracked it down charged it up and got it ready for me! I brought it home installed it and followed there directions worked like a charm and half the price of if I would of had to go with a battery of different size and half the price of all the batteries online! Also cant forget there customer service was out of this world they were so polite and well mannered not alot of places where they show respect but here they do and go above and beyond!!!
