It has been awhile but Josh is who I had got a tattoo from, granted it was my first tattoo so I wasn't sure what to expect. I showed him an idea that I had of another tattoo. He told me he wouldn't use somebody else's tattoos as a reference. Which at the time I had no experience getting tattoos. He said he would give me a tatto that was in his style. I wanted Atlas as a tattoo. He drew a sketch and showed me it to me. It was pretty hard to tell who it was. The original picture looked nothing like the tattoo I was given. At first I was scared to push my disappointment seeing a friend referred me, and there tattoo looks great. Unfortunately mine is very confusing to most people who see it. I have never had a positive comment about it. I have been to other artists and asked if they could fix it or make it more realistic. Every artist that has seen it tells me it would be very difficult to cover or fix. Needless to say I have a tattoo that makes me self conscious on my arm and confuses people that see it. I would of loved to get it done right or told that they weren't the right artist to do what I wanted. I think because it was my first time and had no experience I was hoping for the best and took his word for it. I just wanted what...
Read moreJay Williams, the piercer, has done all my piercings. Lobes, a couple cartilage, and my nostril. All of them went completely smoothly. Was given very specific instructions on aftercare and have never had an issue with any of them healing. I came in one day after scheduling another single cartilage piercing, not knowing that what I wanted was actually two piercings and needed a bigger time slot to get done. Jay was incredibly patient with me, and we had the appointment anyways. The orbital I had requested was something new for him, and the swelling proved to be difficult to get both ends of the hoop through. After he was unable to get the hoop through all the way safely, he put two jewelry in the piercings at no cost, and told me to come back next week when the swelling had gone down and we would get it fixed. A week later I’m back, and he has everything in perfect shape within 5 minutes of me sitting in the chair! And it looks FANTASTIC. This guy knows all about what kind of jewelry you should get pierced with and where, as well as materials for sensitive skin. If you’re looking for a place to get your piercing done, first-timer or experienced, I would definitely...
Read moreI've had 2 nipple piercings and my first tattoo done at this place.
Pros: it's spotless. Even the restroom is super clean. The artists know what they're doing and want you to be happy with the work they're putting on you. I saw Craig and told him I wanted a "chubby, happy unicorn". He didn't get the image I had in my head, but he got something even better. It was a perfect fusion of his wild work and my request. Jay the piercer was piercing a sensitive part of me and did so with stout professionalism. He answered all questions I had and even gave me a lollipop!
"Con": these guys are pros and it seems like they forget what it's like to be a new client so it can be intimidating. I like how business-like it was though.
I'd definitely recommend this place for piercings, cartoonish tattoos, and American Traditional tattoos. The price was better than some other places I looked at and I believed the work was just as...
