Mundy Sportsplex — Local services in Mundy Charter Township

We’ve came here before but for practice/football. Today we came for the bounce house/halloween event and stayed longer than planned because of how nice we were treated ! As soon as we went in Marissa/melissa greeted us with a smile , the lady at the table greeted us with a smile and the two young ladies behind the desk did the same. Melissa/marissa was so nice and helpful the entire time. Our plans was to play from 1-4 but she let us know we could eat there so we left , got food and came back and just stayed till 8! The area was clean, neat, and cool (most bounce places are hot ). The bathrooms were clean . The best part was the 4 workers on the floor with us played with my kids literally for hours. 2 girls, 2 guys and I can tell they was all having fun. I don’t never have a day off work and day of no school so today I spent it with my kids and we had a blast. My 2 year old had 10 different bounce houses to choose from and he got to kick a few balls around. Having five kids, a day out gets pretty expensive but today was affordable! The staff was calling my son by his name so it’s safe to say my kid made some friends today. At the end I seen the staff cleaning and sanitizing which made me feel even better about the place! We had a great time! We will be returning ! One girl is missing from the photo but the crew from 10-10-25 about 1pm to 8pm was amazing ! I would like to provide a 5 star rating and review to the Mundy Sportsplex. My organization has been dealing with the management and employees for over two years now. The management is astounding and phenomenal with ensuring customer satisfaction. The tentativeness from the management to their customers is something I have not seen in the long time from a business. Their dedication and devotion to their customers is something that I wish a lot of businesses would practice and follow. The management always makes sure we are satisfied with all expectations from the facility and work hard day in and day out to meet expectation of their customer. The staff that is led by the management is also very tentative, kind, passionate, dedicated, and inspired to ensure you as a customer have a pleasurable experience. I would recommend anyone to this facility. It is definitely one of the best around for cleanliness, accommodations, and customer service. Went for the first time and was Mediocre at best. Needed to use a batting cage and told the receptionist I never been there. She asked me if I needed baseballs which was weird, then asked me if I knew where to go. I said, I just said I've never been here. She handed me a small bucket of Ballas that were half were torn apart. She took us to the batting cage and said here ya go. Nothing was setup, no home plate...just a machine and a screen in a cage.
