Scotty listened to what I told him was the problem and then he went to work on figuring on what the problem was. He figured out what the problem was, told me what he felt needed to be done, and gave me an estimate for the work. I gave him the approval to do the work and he started working since he had the parts needed in his truck. Scotty kept me informed throughout the process. Sent a guy to my house after dark to check my door. It had become unlevel after they put new springs on it a couple of months ago. After looking at it and calling someone, he told me I needed a new door.( The door is perfect) The problem was their springs. After I said, this looks too tight, he loosened one spring which helped a little, didn't completely fix it. I finally got rid of him 2 hours later, door still not right and everything being blamed, from the dirt to the garage. To add insult to injury, sent me a bill so high I was amazed for an hour and a half work. Words cannot describe how good this company is. I was so worried that I would have to buy a new garage door, because the garage door center "bracket" tore away. I thought I would have to spend at least $800.00 plus labor for a new door. They arrived, and said that all I needed was a new "bracket" only, and not a whole new garage door.
