My son was excited that they had chicken katsu, so I went ahead and ordered online, which was the only part that was good from this experience. I arrived to find that the place wasn't busy, but there was no one helping at the front. When someone did come to help, it was very rushed, I barely had time to pull my card from the credit card machine before the woman was demanding I remove my food from the counter (there was no one behind me, so I don't know why she was in such a rush), and kept demanding as I tried to put some money in the tip jar.
I took the food home and the chicken teriyaki from my bento box looked bland and tasted just as underflavored. The soup was disgusting, the sushi was okay, the rolls were gross, and the "salad" was just hunks of iceberg with a few carrot pieces. The only good thing was the fried rice. The chicken katsu, according to my son, was also a let down; I tried a bite myself and the sauce was very tomato-y.
Between the less than flavorful food and the rude woman at the counter, I'll just stay at home and make my...
Read moreSeverely overpriced for what it is. This location used to be absolutely fantastic, but like many other dining establishments, it has taken a turn for the worst. The steak in the hibachi is almost inedible, they cook it a very long time essentially reducing it to a leather-like strip. The sushi is still not bad, but it isn’t good either, I’m not sure if they changed their distributor or chef, but the Aryana roll went from being my favorite sushi roll I’ve ever had to something I wouldn’t even pay half-the price they want for it. Hopefully they get it turned around, I would love to give this place another try, but they need to either adjust the prices down to match the quality or adjust the quality up to...

The "New York strip" in their combo is clearly a cheap cut of chewy steak, not strip. The chicken (i ordered shrimp but got chicken) was chewy as well. The fried rice is NOT like normal hibachi fried rice. It was simply white rice with soy on it, heck i can do that at home. The 'fried' rice did not have egg, peas, carrots and onions that normally come in hibachi fried rice. This was a sub par meal with a heaping dose of disappointment (especially at those prices). And what happened to Hibachi places eliminating Ginger and Mustard sauce? Yum Yum sauce is a poor substitute.
Will not ever come...
