BD vapor and electronics — Local services in Munford

Sat in the drive thru with a vehicle in front of me waiting and waiting.... They drive off getting sick of waiting. I pull up, wait very patient for 5-8 minutes. Finally get the girls attention. She opens the drive thru window to say( with a major attitude) " Don't you say I'm dealing with this person inside the store?" I say " well, you can at least acknowledge the fact that I was here"... She goes to say.. "I did" ... How when you never opened the window to tell me you know I'm here. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Great service at this location. They have an employee that really values customer service. Sometimes they don't have the item I am looking for, but the employee always orders, or attempts to have the owner order it. She is an amazing customer service representative and I hope the owner knows how much she does for the business. Coming from previous retail management experience, you rarely find service like that anymore....

I had a very different experience at this vape shop than the other one I reviewed. I normally order my vape stuff online, but I needed a new pod fast. I called here today, and the lady couldn't have been any nicer! They had what I needed, so my husband went in for me. He said it was nice inside and the people were very friendly.
