We were there on a Saturday at 8pm. Ordered food and icecream. Told them we wanted of icecream with our food. Food came but icecream didn't Food was barelt room temperature. The fried were cold and maybe had 10 in the fry box. My daughter got the honey bbq tender meal. The tenders were hard. Like they had been forgotten about in the fryer. They were mostly breading. She only ate 1. Then came my husband strawberry cheesecake blizzard. They didn't flip it. Then we waited for 15 minutes for mine and my daughter. Other people who ordered icecream after ours had gotten theirs. So my husband goes to ask where they are. Guy says I don't know I'll check. The young cashier was pointing and laughing at my husband and us around the corner thinking I couldn't see her. Whatever I just want my icecream. They said it would be out soon. Another 14 minutes pass. Now mind you the restaurant wasn't busy. Pretty much dead. He goes to ask they don't know where they are. So he asked to speak to a manager. She was so rude. When he said hey I order blizzards over 30 minutes she said "and, what do you want me to do?" He said I just want my blizzards. She freaking walked off to the back of the store. The same younger guy comes up ask what kind and went and made them. He apologized repeatedly for the actions of his manager, and the blizzards never getting to us. He was so nice and sweet. Read moreMy first and last time that I order a blizzard. The girl hands me an overflowing cup of ice cream, with a foot long spoon in it and no lid. I tried to hand it back to her and asked her if I could get a lid on it, so she gives me a dirty look, shoves a lid at me and slams the window in my face. I pulled the long spoon out of it and held the spoon up in front of the closed window, for her to take. She ignored me and another employee told her to take the spoon from me, so she opened the window, took the dripping spoon and slammed the window in my face, again. It took me a minute, or 2 to get the lid on (I have crippling arthritis in my hands), while the cars behind me waited.
Whatever happened to customer service? It was 8pm, I just spent $29 on food and a blizzard and I couldn't even get an employee to put a lid on my blizzard.
