This is the worst Walgreens Iāve ever used. Trying to get through on the phone is frustrating. It will ring busy for hours. Iāve even had two doctorās offices complain to me when trying to call in medication. When you do finally get through and use the automated refill system, it will give you a pickup time. Show up at the designated time and they appear to know nothing about your order. This has happened time and time again. I would not use them if my insurance didnāt make me. Also, they close the pharmacy for lunch. Do they not have enough staff to cover staggering lunch schedules? They already close early for the evenings, making it even more difficult to get your medications. I get a certain medication every month and have for years. Itās not a very common one. Itās on auto refill. Several months in a row they didnāt have the medication in stock and would have to place an order, causing me to run out between refills. I asked the pharmacist why they couldnāt keep inventory when Iāve had this refilled every month for years. Whomever I spoke to told me they werenāt allowed to order stock ahead of time. What? They canāt have any medication in stock until someone actually needs a refill? Never heard of a pharmacy doing that, especially not until I used this one. The employees directed me to a kiosk to purchase the money order and when I explained that I had never purchased a money order before and asked for assistance, was only told to "do it through the kiosk". I went through the process of purchasing the money order, which was a headache because the employee working the counter did not know how to process a debit card purchase of a money order. After purchasing the money order, the employee told me it would be mailed to the address I ordered. After waiting a week for the money, I finally called Western Union and was told it was NOT a money order but a money transfer I purchased. I was then told I'd have to call Western Union to get a refund for the funds, who then told me I'd have to go back into the Walgreen's location to pick up the funds.
These employees need to either stop selling Western Union services or get better training on HOW to sell and handle them. They also need to be coached on better customer service because they were extremely rude and impatient with me. This was such a ridiculous process and I will never shop at this...

Only to find out they are Covid Testing. Inside had 4 people in line. Went to Express Pay Checkout and after waiting 15 mins was told I had to go to line because only one person there. Now the line is 10 people long ! Schedule the testing and move it out of the drive thru window ! If testing is more important than the pharmacy customers then that is very disappointing. I could have waited an hour to pickup my medication even though it was paid for but I chose to leave. I will pu my meds and transfer to another pharmacy that does not false advertise!
