I Have had to take my car to this place 3 TIMES!!! for a app radio 4 installation. The first time I took it to get installed they rushed the installation process. By them doing that the wire was not grounded properly! Which made the music fade in and out while driving. The second time Was to install front and back panel speakers, subwoofers,and amplifier which then they re grounded the wire. BUT they forgot to put my apple car play settings back on unit. The next time I scheduled my appointment I couldn't come due to my car getting a tune up so I rescheduled. When I called today to reschedule due to finals the guy who picked up the phone said that I can no longer Schedule an appointment for my car head unit to be fixed. Which they are the ones who installed it wrong in the FIRST PLACE!!!!!! The person was rude and very unprofessional over the phone. I SPENT OVER $700 just for the audio Installation! I would not recommend this place for audio installation for the future due to poor customer service, poor work results and overpriced installation !!

You guys are so fast to reply to a negative review than to fix the installation on my radio. Let me ask this if you guys couldn't install it why didn't you say that when I brought it in the store ? 2nd question If you guys couldn't fix it the first time or the second time why would I bring it back to you to try fix it a third time ? It shouldn't take 3 times to fix the issue if you guys are considered the "best in town". And yes the person over the phone said that he will not let me schedule another appointment for you guys to fix the issue ... Thanks...

We took our hearse to have a system installed. Sales people inside the store were nice and seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful with the system that would be best for our vehicle, and cost around 1200.00+-. However, after a week of having the system installed, the dash speakers began to rattle and sounded rough. My wife returned to Audiomasters and it was determined that the dash speakers were blown and that that particular speaker wasn’t best for us. She was told that a credit would be given towards 2 more speakers PER DOOR and tweeters for another 450.00+-. When we picked up the car, there was installed only 1 speaker per door and tweeters in the dash. I’m not sure what 2 speakers per door means to some, but to me that meant 2 speakers per door. Since there are 2 front doors I guess I assumed there would be 4 speakers. A friend had to adjust settings to get the 2 new speakers I paid 450.00 after a credit was given for the 2 broken speakers to get them to sound right. Until this is rectified my review will remain what it is. Seems like for 1650.00+- my system should be bangin as for now it’s so so....

And then calls today to inform me that my wife wasn’t told 2 speakers per door and that I could bring my car back so they could remove the system and refund my money....wow!! A good business would rectify their mistake and make it right rather than offer to remove what they did leaving holes and whatever else. What a joke. No thanks, I’ll keep the shady system and have it fixed by a real professional. We’re down to 1 star since there isn’t a zero...

This place is where insanity happens! They can do simple builds if want but if you want a custom build, you MUST go here. I had a 2004 GMC Sonoma done here. It was a crew cab (yes was lol), i had them rip out my back seat and install a custom box that housed 4 JL Audio Subs, 3 JL AMPs, and custom neon lights that can be activated with a switch which was also custom built under my headlight switch. Never, EVER had an issues with this build and believe me, i pushed this system hard lol. Felt like the earth was splitting open beneath my truck! Pure insanity! The box they built for my truck was built inside! Meaning they measured and assembled it inside my vehicle. Also it was finished with a high quality carpet that i choose myself. (They do offer fiber builds) The head unit was very new to the country so it was challenging to learn but they gladly helped me whenever i had any questions and were always available.

(If you're wondering what happened to my truck, it was totalled after someone else decided to run a stop sign going double the speed limit. I had to remove the equipment myself and wow was it extremely hard! They built the box with security in mind needless to say. Everything was bolted down to the point where the box may have been safer than any of the passengers even with seatbelts lol. I seriously recommend this place to anyone who absolutely loves their vehicle or just wants to spoil...
