READ THIS .....I went in to khols on Old Fort Pkwy . Purchased shoes 6 weeks ago ( sketchers ) and they were splitting apart. Took back to store and they WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THEM ...they have a 180 day policy and i had my card w me where they can find my receipt . They said they could not pull my receipt which was a lie because it clearly stated on the website that this was a benefit of having a K hols credit card . ( Tara) was the young ladies name . They also have a placard at the return desk that states that 180 days customer guaranteed no issues w or without a receipt ....The manager and Tara gave me every excuse of why she couldn't return them and none of why she could . horrible horrible service . So i went to Smyrna location the same evening ...Gave the same exact story of why i was there and the manager and return employee looked at my credit card and said no problem we will handle it and i purchased another pair of shoes on top of the current pair that i had exchanged ...... I wish you could see all the charges on my card on my card and cash sales NOT to say that Im better because i spend a lot BECAUSE THAT'S NOT THE CASE but to only merely to see how much you could have possibly lose w out the Smyrna Location .
I get it ...These days you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find help ( WHICH I EXPERIENCED LAST NIGHT)but bad help is sometime worse than no help . I wish you could go back and look at cameras . I also have my bad days but i have never totally just ignored policy on my way to be a regional as well especially w back up information on a credit card.... Thank you ....So recap.......returned shoes that were splitting ..purchased with c/c in under 8 weeks your policy says under 180 days except electronics w or w out a receipt( BUIT I HAD ONE ) and neither Tara or The manager could get this done at Old Fort.. Went on to the Smyrna location and these two young Ladies got it done in under 20 minutes.....Thank you...
Read moreMy friend and I went into the Murfreesboro Kohls last night just to browse around. It got late and they made the announcement that they would be closing in 15 minutes. We collected our things for purchase and walked to the front. We arrived to the front where an associate asked if we were ready to check out and before either of us could answer her another associate said, "yes they're ready!" We get to the checkout desk and the girl that checked us out was extremely rude. My friend bought a pair of sunglasses and there was a tag on them that looked like a security sensor and instead of being polite about it she holds up a "real" one and says no this is a sensor you can take that off when you get home. I began to ask her if my friend would receive an extra percentage off by signing up to receive emails, another associate from half way across the room answers me and says, " even if she did sign up to receive them she has to wait for a(n) confirmation email so it's not going to help her tonight anyway. I quietly put my things on the counter and check out myself. I ask her if there was anyway to look up my Kohls cash as I made an online purchase and did not have a physical one and she said, " it should be in your email I can't look that up for you, if you find it you can use it." So, I stand there for another 5 minutes looking for this email and finally find it where she's able to scan it, and as we're walking out no one says thank you for shopping with us or anything. Needless to say I will not return to this store! They were very unprofessional and rude. I know it was there time to be closing but the store stays open till 11pm and you are an associate until then. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money in your store to help pay you your hourly wage you can at least be kind and polite to...
Read moreDropped by khols this morning around 1015am to pick up 2 pair of slacks. Located what I needed $60 per pair but on sale as indicated by sign over the shelving for $39.99. Waited in line for 13 mins because only one cashier was working but another register opened just as I got to the front of the line. She was efficient and polite however when I got out to the car I noticed I was charged $49.99 per pair. Walked back in the rain and went to the return desk line. 16 mins later I'm finally up to the guy working returns and presented my receipt and told him my issue. He rescanned the pants and they obviously came up $49.99 again. I ask him to go check the sign with me of course he couldn't leave his station. He called someone and I walked back with her and showed her the sign ($39.99) with about a hundred pair of pants under it. She scanned the pants and (surprise) they came up $49.99. She said the sign was wrong but when I gave her the "look" she agreed to mark mine down to $39.99. As we were walking away from the rack I saw the issue the sign should have been on the other side of the rack for the straight fit instead of the classic. I pointed out the problem (stupidly) and she promptly said my pants although under the sign when I bought them would be $49.99. I had wasted almost 45 mins of my time for nothing. I plan on taking both pair back on Monday for a refund (hopefully no line) and my last time to...
