I will NEVER EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. IN FACT I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER PIZZA HUT PIZZA! You have the manager of this store to thank for that!! He was rude and obnoxious. I spoke to an employee, a manager and then He called to check me over what was wrong with the pizza, instead of apologizing for it not being to my liking as ordered! He then said with a snoody tone I advise you not to order that like that again.. I have ordered the SAME PIZZA FROM them AND other Pizza companys with ZERO issues until this one. I got the 3rd degree over a two topping pizza remake! Why ask me the problem for the 3rd time when you're looking at the written complaint?! Just to speak fowl to me , THE NEIGHBORHOOD CUSTOMER! Back to papjohns we go! Both pizzas I ordered were not that great but I only had the 1 complaint. The pizza was dry each bite the crust broke off,It was lacking any flavor. It was supposed to be garlic crust. Light sauce ended up being no sauce and minimal cheese! I've never had a pizza this bad before. The bad attitude, rude remarks and calling to complain to me about making a pizza reorder was ridiculous! I asked to just get a credit for a remake instead because with that nasty attitude ,why would I want him to remake something my family will be ingesting? He laughed, said ok and hung up. This is the worst customer service in the Blackman area. I am going to see to it that our Schools PTO do not order from pizza hut. Corporate ignores consumers complaint also. I walked in because I had intended to get pizza and wings at Little Caesars but when I saw the worker outside vaping and coughing up a lung...I drove past....I knew we had a pizza hut.
When I entered, an employee (which I later discovered was the training manager) was a bit guarded. I knew basically what I wanted but no menu was visible until I saw the paper menu.
I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and 6 wings with the hottest sauce
It was 15 dollars more than I'd pay at Little Caesars but I like safety.
The wing sauce was perfect. If I want hot, I want hot.
However, the wings were weird. I've worked in food service where we serve wings... I had three wing nuggets with some meat on a few bones.
I've worked in places where we serve wings and pizza. This was not friendly.
The pizza looked good and tasted ok.
Yum Brands pizza hut killed the spirit of the Pizza huts we had growing up in the 80s
The ranch dip was incredibly salty... and that's because salt is listed before the less than 2 percent ingredients
I don't blame the restaurant for that.

I called the store to speak to someone about this issue and the person Chloe or whatever that I spoke to was pretty rude and unhelpful! So, basically they do not care to mess up ur order they won't even try to make it right at all! This is the worst pizza hut I've ever ordered from and if people work in customer service they should be nice to the customers! If you do not like your job find another one but do not be rude and uncaring when you mess up somebody's food! I'll never order from this place again! They clearly need to hire a whole new night shift because how hard is it to mess up one large pizza and 2 drinks.
