I was treated poorly at my most recent visit to this store. The sales associate did not ask me if I needed help and proceeded to carry on with her personal conversation. I finally interrupted her to ask a question but before I could finish, she cut me off to let me know I would have to return my items by another method. Her body language and tone if voice was as if she did not want to be bothered. I couldn't help but to think this poor treatment was because of my skin color. She seem very kind to the other shoppers in the store...

Oh how I wish I could remember the name of the associate who helped me, but I had been to 2 other stores before here to look for a new work wardrobe as I had recently received a job promotion. However, this was the ONLY place I went to and received ACTUAL customer service! The associate met me at the door, asked what I was looking for, and helped me through the entire process of selecting a new wardrobe. Although the prices were higher than what I would usually pay, I chose to purchase there solely for the customer...
