I hate to write a bad review, but if this is what it takes to get the remainder of my money back so be it. Scott was my sale rep. He was very patience and knowledgeable. Overall a great guy. Back in April I purchased bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture. I paid all up front. I did not apply for any type of credit card. I understand delivery schedule can be booked out. I ask if my bedroom furniture could be delivered sooner. That’s the only furniture I cared to be delivered sooner. I was fine waiting for my other half of my furniture. So they did not have a sooner delivery date and time. I took whatever they had available which was like a week or so. Just so I could have something schedule until I spoke with my dad. I called back the next day and told them my dad would go to the warehouse to pick up all my furniture. The young lady on the phone states well not all of your furniture will be there. I said what? So that same day after speaking with the young lady. I went to another furniture store. They were able to accommodate me with no problems. Delivered my furniture the day I moved into my new place. So I requested a refund back. Which I got some of my money was debt back on my card and still waiting for my other half which is supposed to be a check. So here is the timeline April 21 purchased paid in full, April 23 received some of my refund back on my debt card. That day I was told give it two weeks to get your check which I requested to pick up from R2G because they kept messing up my phone number and address so I didn’t want any mishaps. I called and supposedly my check was “mailed” May 13. I wait patiently and called two weeks later and the mgr said I’ll call you after the memorial holiday. Do you think I heard from him HECK NAW! Today I did not call I actually went to R2G and of course mgr wasn’t there but they called him and he said my check was “mailed”June 13. I’m livid and over this place. I just want my MONEY BACK NOW! You expect customers to pay and when we do pay that help pay for your salary, employees and keep your business going. I expect the same in return. This is ridiculous. Read moreBuying furniture there is not a bad experience. HOWEVER, the over-the-phone customer service is extremely mediocre at best. We had our dog chew up a couple of cushions from our couch we purchased from rooms to go, so we decided to replace the Cushions. To replace the cushions costed about 400 bucks. We decided it was worth it, so we tried to pay. The customer service lady had to do some things on her end and said she said to call the next day (for no apparent reason, for it was within their business hours). So we did. Then the lady we called the next day sounded like she absolutely hated her job, and she told us she had to get off the phone to do something on her end and would call us back A few minutes later for no clear reason. She never called us. So the next day I went to a brick and mortar location and they treated me good until they found out I wasn’t in to buy a new piece of furniture. The lady was at least nice enough to look up information for me to verify that at least one of those two lady’s did at least something to get the ball rolling. I was then notified that the information was taken, and that I would have to go on the app and pay for it. So I did. (All the while, I never received even ONE email or text message verifying that anything has happened thus far) so I figured I might get some type of email in the next couple of days to verify my purchase, but I didn’t. A week goes by, and still nothing. So I call, once again, and a very nice woman answered the phone and was actually informative. But I come to find out it was out of stock in the warehouse, so it will take 60-90 days to (possibly) get it. I’ve got a hole the size of a basketball in the chase cushion of my couch, and I have to wait that long, all the while having to jump through hoops to get the information I need? No thank you. It is what it is, but rooms to go should be EMBARRASSED. I would be.

Read moreThis gentleman made an amazing impression on us that I had to leave a review for him. His name is Bobby Diwan. He immediately greeted us upon entering and was sincere and genuine from the start. After a horrifying experience with a sales person at the Rooms to go in cool springs, Bobby went above and beyond for us. Prior to arriving, we checked out the rooms to go website and found a bedroom set we absolutely fell in love with in white. The store only had the grey set and Bobby went through lengths in search for the white set for us. He explained the entire financial aspect and delivery/set up process thoroughly and he didn’t seem flustered with all the questions we had. He genuinely listened. After the bedroom set, he spent another 30-45 minutes with us on finding our perfect mattress. My partner and I have different tastes in mattresses and we needed something to fit our budget as well. Bobby D heard us out and walked us over to 4 different mattresses he thought we lay like. He even told us “ lay down, put your feet up, just feel the bed” and he walked away while my partner and I decided on the mattress. He left such a good impression on us that whenever we come back to rooms to go Bobby will be our guy! There was a lot more he did for us but you get the point, he was awesome.
