I purchased some items that came in assorted colors. When I got them, none were the color that I was really hoping for (but everything was fine with the order). I sent an email asking if they could perhaps send me a specific color and I would like to buy an additional 10-12 of them. I figured that my email would go in a black hole.....But nope! They responded and asked how many I needed and when. Because they were moving their warehouse and they might be packed already. The went looking for MY item specifically! They found it and immediately sent me an invoice for the dozen I was hoping for and got them shipped quickly. WHILE THEY WERE MOVING!!! I couldn't believe it.
