Elite Smoke and Vape — Local services in Murray

Update: I had bought glass before a road trip that cost $25 and I didn't notice it at the time but it had a small fracture. I didn't have time to go back because of my trip and the fracture just got bigger n bigger. I went back to return it after my trip and a younger dude was working not sure what his name is but he refused to trade it out (it hadn't been used!) he said all sales final. So if I don't even get use out of a product and they refuse to even trade it out than I can't keep the 5 star rating they had previously. Besides that it's a great shop Sia is cool though, she has always been good with customer service. That dude wouldn't even consider it and I'm out $25 because of it.

24 Hour Smoke Shop! That alone makes this place a game changer for me! 'Being a night owl'. Right away when I walked in this place I noticed an ATM, some incense n candles and a table with the option to request for specific products to be ordered (legal of course) like vape juices, mods, coils etc. So there's 2 things that I really liked already! I walked in further and 'Sia' was working the counter and is very welcoming and polite. Sia made my experience that much better plus good customer service from someone who works graveyards is somewhat rare in my experience, so if you go in late AF be cool to Sia! Graveyards can be tough and I am very grateful to have come across this store and have had the experience I had. The store itself is on point, clean, easy to navigate and has basically everything I can think of for a smoke shop. The prices are better than most smoke shops in the area and the overall vibe of the store is better than most, (if not all) the smoke shops I have been to in Utah. I will be returning forsure.

I wasn't rewarded or asked to give this review, I have never met the owner and have only been there twice so this is as legit of a review you can get, I did it because everything I wrote is true and I hope to see them do well. Having a 24 hour vape shop to go to is the best! when I run out of vape juice and everything is closed it's a bummer I was skeptical when I saw this was 24 hours because I have seen other shops claim to be open on Google in the late hours just to find out that's not the case when I arrived.

Chris hooked it up in a time of need! I got jipped on trading my mod. I traveled all the way down to Murray from Ogden. Come to find out that the person I traded my mod with didn't tell me about the broken glass and that the atomizer was toast. I was in a scramble to find a vape shop that was open at that time of night and Elite was open and right next to the freeway. Chris fixed the problem, he put the RIGHT atomizer in, he put a new bubble glass on and filled my tank with juice! He told me all of that would be 5 bucks because he felt bad that I got jipped. And to top off my night. I forgot my wallet!! And all he said was, "Dont sweat it bro, I gotchu". I promised him that I would come back on Friday and pay him for his good deed. And sure enough I showed up Friday like I said and repayed him. I actually bought a new vape and 2 juices and he have me a discount on my purchases! They didn't just treat me like a normal customer. One of the best I’ve ever gone to there people there help you out so much on what you want like they don’t just want you in and out fast they really nice people that work there that ask how you doing and try and get to know you in the time that your there on the vape side it’s they really brake it down for you when you get a new vape or if your new at vaping if you don’t know how to use it properly and if you have a problem with what ever you bought you can bring it back and have it looked at and they will help you out and see what the problem is. I get all my vaping stuff at elite smoke shops good juice selection and they have they shop juice for a good price of 15$ for a 60mil I’ve never had there juice disappoint me and Andy is a great salesmen if you talk to him when you go you’ll find your your time there great and just want to spend...
