Do NOT go here unless you want to deal with long, crowded, and unorganized lines. After you get through that you will deal with a very incompetent attendant. This attendant (it doesn't matter who, they all are the same) will find any excuse to rip you off, instead of helping the customer; A trait rarely seen in today's world. I was given an offer of less than $10 on a premium set of headphones. Why? Because they had a few other pairs in stock. Somehow meaning that my headphones were less valuable, when in all actuality its because they let KIDS run this shop. Young dipsh!its that were never taught how a loan works on a personal basis, rather than treating you like just another piece of paper.
After all that, I STILL (at my own mistake) decided to give them another chance. I went in to buy a gaming console for my family. I picked one out and left the store rather happy, which is unusual when leaving this particular pawn shop. Feeling good I went home to relax and have a good night. While hooking the system up I realized that there had been a mistake at the shop, and I did not get one of the required cables. An issue with an easy fix. But when I called the shop to try and tell them of their mistake, they told me I have no option but to wait until tomorrow to get my cable because they had just closed. I expressed that I was not happy with that, and offered to go and get it tonight, as they were only closed by minutes and I live near the shop. That is when I got a rude attitude telling me that I have no other options.
I am really not happy about the level of disrespect I was shown after paying good money. Especially to get home and realize I didn't even get everything...
Read moreBought a phone from this location, bought the protection plan to be safe. (Only to find out the protection plan doesnt protect you from their mistakes.) The device that was purchased was blacklisted on verizon network. They have nothing to notify you that you may not be able to activate your phone. When I took it back they did not want to give a refund initially saying in store credit only. Then the lady that contacts the manager to approve a refund for a product that doesnt work, she tells me that they can check the status IF you ask them to when you purchase it. NOT when they place the product on the shelve. (Seems odd?) Did NOT recieve my protection plan refunded to me (Will be contacting BBB over this because you sold me a defective product that I wanted to protect under the assumption that it was in working order) As it was sold as "in working order." Then when I get my change they gave me mexican currency, instead of american currency. This place is a joke. Thieves assiting thieves if your honest, dont buy\pawn\sell here youll only get screwed out...
Read moreAt 7200 I wanted to buy a ham radio they had it over priced for an older model. I asked if they could come down she talked me into paying for it as is, For 60$$ saying it does work. I tested the radio it will not turn on at all. I got sold a Lemmon. The store that sold it was on 7200 ez pawn they told me tuff luck it's as is. Basically we got you good didn't we. After I talked to the assistant manager here on 4500 he said he would take the lemon back but future notice as is will never be returned. I can see "as is" being non returnable if it has an unknown life expectancy, but shouldn't be selling duds or lemons, under the pretense that it's tested and working. Here on 4500 they corrected the problem and made it right! I'm really happy to see here is a company that can have good customer service!!! My advice if you like good deals from pawn shops come to 4500 ez pawn they have great items, good emoployee's and run a legit honest store.
