If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My mother went and got powder nails. They lifted in one week. We just moved from Northern California and our previous nail salon’s powder nails lasted six weeks. She was in screaming pain and called three times asking for them to fix her nails. All three times they said they were too busy. What nail salon doesn’t have time to fix their own work? She finally walked in and started crying. They told her to “calm down”. She wanted the nails removed because they were lifting and sending shooting pain through her hands. Her hands began to swell. Instead of doing what she asked, they glued back two nails and sent her away. We are never coming back here again. I highly recommend you don’t come here seeing as they are too busy for existing or returning customers. No compassion and very poor...

“If you’re like me and usually try places with 4.5 stars or higher, please save your time and money and avoid this salon. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The nail technician was very rude, and her work was sloppy. I left with nail polish trapped inside the acrylic, crooked lines, and discomfort from how aggressively she handled my nails. The UV light even burned because of the excess product applied.

To make matters worse, my pedicure was unfinished — my big toes weren’t given the glossy gel finish, leaving them looking dull and matted. I came in hoping to get the same woman i had the first time, but she was not available, so another woman serviced me. I told the owner that I wanted a full set, pedicure and manicure. When I sat down, I asked the woman to clean up my cuticles first. The owner jumped in to say something. All I know is I had to explain why I wanted my cuticles cleaned. She tried being slick and said "This Is America" I said what you say..all of a sudden she has amnesia. When I was done getting my full set, the owner said I had to wait 30 minutes for a pedicure.... I left, and now I'm writing this review from another nail salon...crazy ass...
