Price is good by comparison to neighboring hotels, but you get what you pay for. I stayed here for a week with my family and the staff seemed generally friendly. That being said, we received notice that day that there will be no water for 8 hours. What an annoyance. Okay great.. we walked down the hallway and were greeted with a soaking wet carpet and drip from the ceiling falling into a trash can and splashing all over the floor. What the hell kind of greeting is that?? The bed was a king with the quality that one could only liken to an abandoned alleyway mattress. Then at 5am everyone in the hotel was evacuated due to a fire alarm going off. No reason was given, no apologies, no compensation, nothing. The following night, again, we were told that there would be no water for 8 hours. Great. Inexplicably, we decided to stay an additional day due to not wanting to have to empty our room at 5am (we both work early). We notified the desk clerk the afternoon before that we would be extending and he took our credit card again (for the 4th time on one visit). The next day at 11am my wife received a call stating that if we did not pay $200 for the extension right then and there that they would be entering our room and removing our belongings. But we just extended our stay the night before. We had paid over $850 for the week thus far and now they wanted an additional $200. This forced my wife to leave work and go figure out why the hell they didn't charge the card on file and why they threatened us with eviction. The lady that helped us was literally giggling with every question asked then she gave my wife a condescending response. This was a service issue that was apparently due to miscommunication but nobody took fault and they blamed us. When I arrived there that evening I asked to speak to the manager. Nobody was available and they didn't have a time when she would be available. No apologies were ever given to us for the miscommunication on their parts and we were blamed for their issue. I would have rather paid the extra money and stayed elsewhere. In terms of how the facilities were it was ok at best. I've seen nicer motel 6 rooms to be honest. The pool was heated and indoors which was nice. The workout room had some good options but as expected it was a bit dated and not in the best condition. Some rust here and there. The breakfast was alright monday-friday but there was sausage on Saturday which was nice. I guess that's what the extra $100 a night paid for. Our room had a large fridge but no freezer. The fridge is pictured below and was completely filthy and stained on the inside. We used it sparingly. Had a microwave which was cool but we never used it. The room had a weird odor about it so we used an aerosol to neutralize the smell. Eventually I checked the ac filter, as we were packing up, and I discovered it was literally never changed and it stank. This was likely the source of the stench in the room. All these issues and the coupling of cigarette and weed smell in the hallways made for one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Never again. Perfect place to get a cheap room and make meth in the bathroom though. If the cops come you can get in the freeway quickly to try and evade though. Wish I'd known that before booking.

I’m not sure where to start because this place was amazing for the price. I needed a cheap place to stay while I was working. It was just me. They had plenty of parking and we’re very close to the road so I could easily get in and out. They were clean. The staff was very friendly. They have carts to unload and load your things. For a cheap hotel, this place presented very very well. The pool is very reminiscent of an 80s and 90s hotels but I like that. It has wood siding interior. There’s a hot tub. I liked the pool but didn’t go in it. The breakfast was amazing. They had eggs and sausage and bacon and tortillas and salsa. They had a waffle bar. They had hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. There was so much coffee and breakfast choices. It was amazing. I had a handicap room on the second floor. The elevator was super quick. Even though this place was old, it was clean. I was very happy to pay very little for such a wonderful place. The room was really big. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the room was somewhat dated I didn’t mind because it was spacious and clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner was strong and kept the room. Cool. The shower had great pressure. Overall this one spectacular experience and I read them extremely well.

When I made the reservation on May 28 2021 for May 30 3021 and May 31 2021, I wanted to use my reward points but I don't have enough to cover these 2 days. The website of Comfort Inn showed me if I use 6,000 points and pay additional $80 per night I can use my points. At the time I have 23,000 plus points. So I agreed to use 6,000 points and pay additional $80 per night so I only have to pay for 2 nights with 12,000 points +$160 and it also said all fees are included. Comfort Inn charged my credit card ending in the amount of $160.00 on May 28 2021. That charged should be reversed since Comfort Inn used 16,000 points instead of 12,000 points to cover for May 30 2021. And a charge for $183,97 to my credit card was made to cover May 31 2021. We’ve checked out on June 1 2021 ||But when we checked out today, June 1 2021, we found out that they used 16,000 . A lady named Atuias the Front Desk in charge this morning told me she can only give me a receipt for May 31 2021 since I used my points for May 30 2021, which is fine. So we ok'd the charge of $183.97 that’s only $2.00 more it's not a big deal for us. But when I've checked my credit card the pending amount we were charged the following: $160 for May 28 2021, we were there May 30,2021 checked out today, June 1 2021. $46.37 twice for June 1 2021, and $183.97 to cover for May 31 2021 only because May 30 2021 they used my points which is 16,000. I've called the Representative again at 951 894 7227 and the Lady Atuias the Front Desk in charge told me $160 is not showing in the system but the $46.37 was reversed and the correct charged should be $183.97 for May 31 2021 since they used my points for May 30, 2021. But my bank posted in my account they charged $160 for May 28 2021, that is the date of reservation for May 30 2021 ti Nay 31 2021. My bank said they will call Comfort Inn but it is still showed they have posted a charge of $160 to my credit card account. And there were 3 pending charges of $46.37 twice for June 1 2021 that is the checkout date, and a charge of $183.97 for May 31 2021 which is the correct charge and still pending. I've spoke with Atuias about these twice already and there is no email address that I can send a complain. So I am writing a review and giving a 2 star only for all the charges they made to my credit card. My review will be over the internet I promise you that and I will never stay in your hotel again. I have stayed in this hotel for over a month in 2019 and the hotel looks good. But due to covid19, they don't clean your room anymore, they don't pick up your trash, if you stay more than 4 days you cannot stay in the same room, they move you to a different room so they can clean your room. The food is in the bag and cold no hot breakfast anymore. But the Front Desk clerk is awesome, Atuias is awesome, the lady with Mexican accent is awesome, the Asian guy is awesome which I gave them *5 star. . It's the billing is the problem, you better watch out and make sure you check your credit card statement and go online to check if their system charge the right amount. Mine they charges me 4 different amounts for 2 nights stay which is May 30 and May 31 2021. The Covid19 restrictions is a pain. We are fully vaccinated and we agree to wear masks everywhere because we don't know who has covid19. See at google and...

Has it where it counts. For the price, it's a good place to stay. Definitely recommend the breakfast! Mmm! When we arrived, the building looked beautful and promising with clean stucco walls, along with its amazing view. I didnt see the rooms until we came back to the hotel later that night. Once we drove up, my expectations of the room dropped as I noticed the parking lot was about 1/3 full. With how many other inns in the area, this did not make me feel very good. Once we got inside, I immediately noticed the indoor pool on the right had a very nice presentation with beautiful trimming, walls, and open windows to the outside. The walls overall in the building looked newer than the exterior. Overall, better than I expected. The rooms were well-presented, but won't impress you like some nicer hotels. The TV was a 32 inch HD flatscreen surprisingly, the layout was roomy and well-designed, and the floors felt good on your feet. However, then we noticed the problems: The bathrooms had caulk that was peeling a good bit around the tub, and the toilet made an awful high-pitched hissing sound (almost squeeling) as it flushed that was loud enough to make me worry about waking our companions asleep next-door. Not only that, but when I plugged in 3 devices into the 2-plug lamp on the bedside (which was using one plug on the wall) using a USB splitter for one of my devices, the alarm, which was plugged into the other port on the wall, started making irritated power noise, indicating that there was an electrical problem with either the lamp mount or the wiring in the building, either of which was not making me feel comfortable charging my devices there. I unplugged the alarm, and used my phone for my alarm. The last major issue we dealt with was the bathroom door would lock upon closing the door if you didn't force the rickety lock slightly to the left before closing. It was locked when we arrived, and upon calling the room service, they didn't come up until we called again 15 minutes later. The manager came up and apologized for being caught by a hassle of a customer along the way, which we appreciated. Despite all of these bad comments, the breakfast was amazing and way more than enough to convince me to stay. I knew immediately upon entering the double-doored lounge that I was going to enjoy a meal of self-cooked waffles, nummy eggs, and perfectly-cooked bacon among other aromas, which turned out to be blueberry waffle batter, beans and tortillas for breakfast burritos (the containers which held the food steamed gloriously as you opened them and were forced to take in the heavenly aromas), fresh donuts bagels and muffins, cereal and milk for the kids, a drink machine filled with juices in which I immediately and only noticed the pulpy orange juice underneath one of the nozzles, knowing that I had struck legit gold for OJ (and oh, did it taste good), and ofc coffee and hot tea which I did not have a chance to try out. Overall an OK experience. The presentation could use a bit of work, and the exterior could use a makeover, but you get what you pay for and you do get more than that...
