I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, but unfortunately they were already out of oat milk at 8:30 am on a Monday. I understand supply issues can happen, but since oat milk is such a common choice these days, it might be helpful to keep extra on hand, especially during a morning rush. The matcha also tasted slightly watered down and could have been blended more smoothly, so the overall experience with that was disappointing for how expensive it was.

I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which was fresh and delicious. However, $8 for a bagel is steep. I believe they source from a local bakery with high quality ingredients, and while I do appreciate that, $8 still feels too much for a bagel and I did feel some sticker shock there.

Finally, this coffee shop has a unique atmosphere and is proud of their values, including playing religious music over large speakers. While I respect and support everyone’s right to their beliefs, I think it’s worth noting for those who don’t practice Christianity or prefer a more neutral environment that the music is quite prominent.

Overall, there’s potential here and I am excited to see a new spot open up in town, but a few adjustments could make the experience more consistent and enjoyable for a wider range...
