Conveniently located off the 215 FWY (where the 15/215 split in Murrieta), off Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. in the Sam's Club shopping center with plenty of parking. This is my cousin's favorite hardware store (when he's in town from out of the country) so I take him to stock up on tools he needs. Here, you'll find everything for your garage such as power tools, tool boxes, jacks, etc. You can even find home products and garden tools. The store is fully stocked, clean, and organized. Service has always been good. Shout out to our cashier 'Jody' who was super friendly and welcoming. It's always a good experience at this location.

Harbor freight is pretty well known for it's inexpensive power tools. Need a $150 tool you're only going to use once or twice? You can probably find it here for a third of the regular price. The down side is these tools often can't take the abuse of daily use/professional settings. If you go in knowing that, it's well worth the savings. There are also daily sales and low priced items that big stores carry, in the same quality, for a much higher markup. Today I bought a 9x12' canvas drop cloth for half the price of Lowe's, and I guarantee it's the same quality. I also bought a $12 heat gun, you just can't beat the prices.

Over the years, Harbor Freight has really stepped up their game in terms of quality and affordability. Their tools now last much longer than they used to, making them a great value for the price. I recently visited a particular location, and I was impressed by how large the store was compared to others. They had a wide variety of tools and equipment, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. If you're looking for quality tools at a reasonable price, this is definitely a great place to check out!

I spend quite a bit of money in this store every single month and usually over $100 minimum. You can imagine my disappointment, embarrassment, frustration, and downright anger one night as I was going back to grab a shopping cart for an open box item I had found unexpected that was too heavy to carry when completely out of the blue I was confronted in the most inappropriate way by what I assume to be security but possibly no more than a sales associate who quite loudly announced in front of a huge line of customers out of nowhere, not to mention it was loud enough to cause every one of the other customers to turn their heads and watch as he so very rudely making his insinuations more than obviously if "I'd like a bag to help me carry some things." Horrified and not exactly sure of the proper way to respond to his absurd and clearly inaccurate accusations, I held out the items I was holding in my hand which included my wallet and car keyswhich caused the other item I was was holding, my cell phone to drop from my hands hitting the concrete ground and causing later to be found, irreparable damage to my phone and simultainiously shaking out my jacket to show as well as prove my innocents while I asked the next most obvious question I could think of which was what I could possible need a bag for when I wasn't holding or appear to be holding any item whatsoever that did not clearly already belong to me. I was visible shaking and very upset and proceeded to continue my path to the carts and back to my item to purchase when I found myself so mad I decided I would simply leave the store and never shop there again. Upon leaving my roommate who had been in the store but not directly walking around with me followed me out the door with a pair of gloves in hand he had just purchased right before this had taken place and he was then questioned about the gloves which he has the recèipt for right in his hand as well. After clarifying that the one item he was carrying had indeed been purchased we thought we were finally in the clear of having been made feel as though we were criminals without reason and absolutely not even one shred of proof. Unfortunately we haadnt been harassed enough to thèiŕ liking because another female employee came out shortly after us and as I proceeded to reverse and back out of my parking spot located directly in front of the store, she made it appear as though she was looking at my license plate as we were leaving and turning around walking back into the store appearing to be trying þo get the plate number for what I perceived her intentions to be which would possibly be to write down the plate and report my car to the authorities. I stop and no soon could I reach my door handle that my roommate who had my very same thought was already out of the car inside asking if she'd like his to write he plate number down for her. All of the sudden the one of many responses that I could never fathom under this circumstance, was that she chose to play stupid and appear not to know what he could possibly mean to insinuate. I'd had it.I am still playing the scènerio through my head days later trying to decide what to do and how I should or should have handled this situation, and I can't seem to really and truly see any possible solution without some form of complaint given to a manger but I doubt anything would be done in th end basing my opinion on the judgement the store shows by having lienecy toward any employee whatsoever come across that was to an undeserving customer in the first place. I can only hope that they were each terminated but I won't hold my breath in thinking it's every going to be dealt with as more than a tiny slap on the hand at most. I hope this is the one and only experience of this severity that's ever displayed by any employee at this or any other one of the other stores toward any customer...

I've been there many times since they opened up. It is the worst management of any store I've ever been at. Management is too busy, always, and refers you to somebody else who is more busy. Management lady will close up the line with you in it! I don't think she knows me from Adam. It's just her nature I think.

The tools are interesting to look at. You have to know what you are buying. If it is a socket set or something basic like that you may be ok. Electrical extension cords, 10 gauge, have all caught on fire. Something like 7 of them. The connectors not the wire are what catch on fire so I splice in new connectors. The hex tools will splinter on use. They look nice though all gold like in color until you actually use them and they break immediately. The vise grips will release by themselves because of the poor metal they are made with. Very dangerous to use. The air fixtures are a joke. You buy them in a package and they don't connect to each other! Buy the connectors and you find they blow apart because the internals are glued together! The air compressor I bought there is still working. I'm very surprised. Not sure if I want to buy the green house they offer. $800 is a bit much to gamble. However it is a good place to go to salivate. Just buy the products you start salivating over...

I bought a Yukon 9 drawer workstation. They said that it would arrived 1-2 weeks. Called the 3 week and was told not there yet, call next shipment monday. Called again no item. Again a week after same answer to wait for call or next shipment. Today, I called what do I get? They said it was ordered wrong and may not have product anymore. Really? After I have purchased and waited for 1 month. No one seems to have bothered to look into it till 1 month passed and see what was happening with my order. No sorry from the person I talk to. Basically, she is saying do you want it or not. Well, I wouldn't have bought it if I don't want it and I wouldn't have bothered to call every week to se if they have it so I can pick it up. What a customer service. If I didn't need it I would not spend the $300+ to get it. I hope they get a better service and really check if it was ordered correctly knowing that I don't work there and I don't know how they order things there. I'm just a customer that is just waiting for 1 month to have my item so I can use it. Then come to realize this...
