Less than a star for this pumpkin patch. Do not come here save your time and money and if you have kids younger than 7 there's nothing available for them here. Also, the employees are unprofessional to say the least. Cursing is unprofessional in the work place but hey who doesn't curse these days. The boss doesn't greet only one employee was kind here she made the kids feel comfortable and she was completely kids friendly. The petting zoo the girl there is rude she ended our groups time after a minute when the group before us was on a timer and had 5 minutes the sign says all pets are ok to be touched or petted and she said no touching no petting they are upset animals. This place isn't kids friendly. I will never come here again! We went to a bouncer the girl told the little kids they have two minutes as if they understood I paid 4 tickets and she told my daughter she couldn't go on the slide because she had already went down once. The slide is only one ticket. Save yourself the money, time and the hassle of dealing with these people!!!! They don't even deserve a star!!!! Trash trash trash bought 40 tickets gave 18 of them to a family standing in line...
Read moreSeasonal Adventures Pumpkin Patch has been our go to pumpkin patch since we moved to Temecula 4yrs ago. It’s big and has plenty of attractions to keep the kids busy for a long time. Admission is FREE and the ride/inflatable prices are reasonable. We have an 11yr old and a 3yr old and our only complaint this year is that there wasn’t much for our 3yr old to do. They added age minimums and maximums for each attraction. You have to be 5yrs old to go on most of the inflatables and be a certain height to go on the rides. We understand that this is for the safety of our children, but it would be awesome if there was more for the little ones to do. Pros: Parking is free and the lot is huge TONS of pumpkins to choose from if you’re interested in purchasing a pumpkin- all sizes and shapes FREE admission 40 tickets/$54 (each attraction takes 1-4 tickets) There is a food truck, lemonade and popcorn stand if you’re hungry Petting Zoo, train ride and carnival game that...
Read moreIf you want your kid to get hurt. Take them here. First time going, my nephew cracked heads with another toddler accident that could’ve been prevented because the worker was TOO BUSY paying attention to her phone to realize who was going up the slide and down for TODDLERS. He stopped breathing and went blue, she didn’t even realize that we were In the slide getting him out, because we were watching him. WE CALLED THE AMBULANCE, they don’t have medical on premises, not even basic first aid. They didn’t help with anything, paid for 2 waters after we said “my nephew stopped breathing can we get some water real quick” they say “ its $2” like not the damn time, I’ll pay $100 for it just freaking give it to me. A place designed for children should at least have first aid. They only care about $$, not the children. Shut...
