Plenty of parking. Great customer service. Friendly. Efficient. Knowledgeable.
We had seen a dining table online and wanted to do a hands on to verify it was what we wanted.
We were greeted by Tony soon after we entered. We told him which dining table and he took us directly to it, explained the composition and manufacture of the table, options (chairs/no chairs, colors, etc). While we inspected the table, and browsed some other things, Tony did some updates to our account information to save time and give us some freedom.
We decided this was the table for us, so Tony quickly took us through the purchase process. A robo-call was setup for the next day to confirm delivery and installation time for the day after. We were soon on our way to pick up some Chinese food for lunch.
Looking forward to having the new dining table.
I will update this review after delivery and installation.
Again kudos to Tony! We will definitely contact him again (not on Thursday and Friday) when shopping at Jerome's Murrieta.
Update 2/14/22 on delivery and installation:
Lots of notifications! On time! Friendly and courteous! Fast and efficient! Highly recommend!
First call and text message yesterday provided 4 hour window for delivery and installation. Second text today provided 10 minute window. Thirteen minutes out received a text for on the way. Arrival text with driver and assistant names.
Greeted driver at the door while assistant unpacked. Showed driver location for table. Driver went out and returned with box of hardware and legs and drop cloth. Driver and assistant brought table top in, placed it on drop cloth. Attached legs. Flipped table onto legs while removing drop cloth. Tested table, showed us how to remove/insert leaf extension (we kept it out).

Read moreGetting furniture from jeromes has been the worst experience in my life. We bought a dining room table in November 2020 for close to $3000. It was supposed to be delivered end December. It got push to January than February than March. Finally April they say they can deliver but they kept forgetting pieces. It took 3 delivery attempts and an additional 2 weeks to get them to deliver. They assemble it and one of the sectionals is broken underneath. We notify our sales rep at jeromes “Deanna” right away with pictures and everything. She promises to figure out solution. She call next day and say they will replace it but won’t be until may they can get it in. So we wait patiently may comes June comes July comes. We also have to be the ones to contact for update. Finally in July we tell Deanna we need a better solution, and ask them to see if someone can fix it. Took additional month for them to get someone out. So it can’t be fix and now they say I can’t get replacement until end of November. This replacement is never going to come and I said I have been Patient enough and that they need to just return the product. But now they are refusing to return it and saying it’s a warranty issue. Which is confusing I was delivered a broken product it’s not like I had this product for months and then it broke they delivered me a defective product that I have still never got to use we’re coming up on a year since the order date and they will not resolve this. Why are they even selling furniture that they can’t even get into the store and then when it does come into the store is defective and now they’re saying the customer stuck with it .this is not customer service .they do not stand behind their product. Read moreI am not surprised by their horrible review score in the slightest. The delivery was ridiculous, they never showed up during their delivery timeframe, nor did they show up that entire day so then they rescheduled, and didn't show up again. Finally, they showed up 3 days later and I had to take a day off work in order to accommodate them.
Now I'm 3 weeks outside of the manufacture warranty, and no big deal right? I paid for their extended warranty.... guess what? manufacturer defect aren't covered, how is a tear in the seam that connects the couch to the recliner not covered? I reached out to Jerome's and sent them pics, warranty claim info, etc. Said they would speak to their service dept and be in touch with me in a few days.... 2 weeks go by no reply. I followup and they will not do anything! They won't stand behind their product nor their warranty extension, and forget ethics or good business practice they wouldn't even offer me a discount to get a new couch since the $500 warranty they recommend was junk. Meanwhile, I'm left with a ripped seam and a remote that turns on the heater by itself, causing a fire hazard in my household (also not covered)... So now I can't use any of the features that it offers due to fear of a fire. Do they care about any of this? No, because they already made their sale and got their extended warranty money knowing they would never have to pay for any service or repair because of all of the clauses and stipulations.
Do not waste your time or money shopping here. They have horrible service, product, and do not stand behind any of it.
I love how they respond to a bad review.... check your chats I already reached out directly to you at the store and got nowhere there either. Had to follow up 2 weeks later to be told nothing...
