My experience was bad from the day of making the appointment! Please keep in mind that this was my first time and I knew nothing about the facility and it's amenities. I called 2 weeks prior to set the appointment and scheduled a pedicure and a Swedish massage. We set the time to be 1:00 for the Message and 2:00 for the pedicure. My appointment was for Thursday, on Monday I get a call from someone telling me that the lady that was going to do my pedicure had retired that day, on Monday, and that I could not get my pedicure until 4:30 on Thursday. I told her that my message was at 2:00 and she said "well you can just HANG OUT here till 4:30". First of all I don't have time to "HANG OUT" and wait for my appointment. After 15 minutes of going back and forth and being put on hold for a period of time she came back and said she could do the pedicure at 1:30 and the message at 4:30 and I could hang out and wait for my for my message....this girl just didn't get it!!! Finally she said she could do my pedicure at 1:30 and my message at 2:30 which I agreed to. On Wednesday a get a call to confirm my appointments for Thursday and the girl told me she had me down for 1:00 for the pedicure and 2:00 for the message....REALLY!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! I had my message with Kinsey and she was great!!! I had my pedicure with Coleen and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had!!! She never shut up the whole time she was doing the pedicure. She did a terrible job cutting my toenails they are all uneven, she did not cut the cuticles around my toes, and let me tell you my 6 year old granddaughter could have done a better job painting my toenails!! After the message I looked at how bad the polish looked and decided to complain, this was at 3:00. I was told that no one could fix them until 4:30 or I could come back another time. Finally the girl said that she could have someone fix them around 3:30 which I agreed to. The girl that fixed the polish did an okay job. They offered me a $20.00 gift card for my next visit, in my opinion they should have offered to give me a gift card for a free pedicure on my next visit. By the way...there will never be a "NEXT VISIT". Don't waist your money!!! This is supposed to be an upscale facility, they need to get people to work there that can provide the quality you would expect for the...

This place really was quite lovely. It was clean, refreshing, and their charcuterie option was delicious. I loved that jam, surprised they don’t sell the jar. However, I can only rate three stars because of their receptionists at the time.

I was a guest joining a friend there but I arrived early. I gave my friends name etc but was told she didn’t have an appointment whatever. I understand they allow members to walk in to enjoy the pool, that was our intention. I explained that to the ladies but I was still told I would have to pay.

I left and my friend called and settled the whole thing and we had a genuine time. I just hate the prejudice that was clearly portrayed towards me before she called in and arrived. Even as we were leaving, one girl really tried to amend the earlier problem and gave me a ticket to enter into whatever giveaway they were doing at the time. I appreciate the sincerity from her, but the other girl was clearly still upset and it was easy to see in her demeanor.

It sucks when people can ruin a good thing. Especially a worker. I don’t think I would ever return to this destination because why would I pay to be judged unfairly and treated poorly. I mean, shout out to my friend for the rescue, but strangers should still know how to serve others without such prejudice, and one should always expect a person offering a service to conduct themselves as such.

I really want to give two stars, but majority of the other staff was kind so I’ll keep...

My partner and I had an incredible day at Marietta Day Spa. We arrived at lunchtime and were promptly seated by the pool. The attentive weight staff was a huge plus, especially since I’m gluten-free. They had an extensive selection of gluten-free options, making it easy for me to customize my meal. My partner opted for a half tuna sandwich with a Caesar salad, while I indulged in the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich in a lettuce wrap. Both dishes were delectable, with fresh, crisp vegetables and perfectly cooked bacon on mine. It was a delightful lunch by the pool after our traffic filled trip from LA!

After a few hours by the pool it was time for our services. I was fortunate enough to be paired with Carol/Carole an intuitive massage therapist. She skillfully addressed all the areas I requested and then released areas I hadn’t even known needed releasing. Her expertise was truly remarkable, and I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. My partner had Briana, and he also said she was wonderful. I’ve already decided to return for Carol/Carole, another couples massage, and I cannot wait to try their facials. I highly recommend spending a day Marietta Day Spa we can’t wait to return and indulge in more relaxation and...

So I got a gift card from my husband for a package during Christmas. I finally got to use it. I got the specialize massage, salt body glow scrub, and their specialize facial. I did not want to leave this spa let me tell you! Everything was absolutely amazing! While you were waiting for your services you can hang out in their mineral hot tub and order a drink while you wait. Let’s start with a massage. Heidi was absolutely amazing! She was just right on point with the pressure. I absolutely love the fact that they put a scented heated towel over my eyes (I think it was eucalyptus or green tea scent) and the little neck rest was also heated! When I first got into the massage bed it was so nice and warm and it was kept warm during my entire massage! Erica did my salt glow and facial. When I got home even my husband said my face looked really nice. My skin definitely feels amazing! The whole site was absolutely gorgeous. Besides the hot tub, there are cabanas that you could rent. There was a fire pit to sit by. I do wish the weather was warmer when I went but overall I still had a great time! Oh! You can hang out there and have lunch before or after any of your services.

This is one of my favorite spas hands down! nestled in the city of Murrieta 😃 it’s not your usual massive over crowded spa but it is big enough to host a special occasion or just to get away for the day. They offer plenty of great spa treatments on their menu. Depending on the month they have affordable month specials which do not disappoint. Their staff is down to earth and very professional. I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience. They also offer couples massage. I’ve seen guys in here too with their significant other just in case your guy is a little shy to go to a spa. They have a hair salon, a small mineral pool, a the best part they sell alcoholic beverages 😱 oh my! They place is always clean and well kept. Their outdoor sitting area is amazing, they added private cabanas for rental as an added bonus to their already gorgeous backyard. I usually get there early enough before my treatments and enjoy lunch and a drink by the pool. It’s amazing! 👍

Services is great However, recently, they canceled everyone that was a member memberships! They did this, so they could raise their prices not only for their services but their memberships. I got a letter in the mail. I understand contractually they have to do this in order to raise the prices, but I just feel like that was a very poor business decision. At least wait until your memberships are up and let the member decide to renew at your new prices. Not fair. Super bummed. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle of the matter.
