This location use to be great . I have been going there 2 to 3 times a week for many years now . My grandkids love it so I go anytime they ask . Lately it’s been terrible . Always something missing in the order and the order is never correct . Even after complaining . Nothing gets resolved . I email corporate and nothing gets done . I have so many missed items that all together it could make a meal or 2 . And the food has been cold . The biscuits are hard as rocks . The tenders are not able to be eaten . The Mac and cheese has been like rubber . And not getting all the items Is a regular thing now . Something has been left out every time I go there . It’s ashamed. This was a great place to get good food,, update! After a couple months of emailing back and forth with 3 different managers . District then area the customer service rep . All said I would receive a voucher . I never received anything . It’s been over 2 months now. I keep getting the run around. Each wants to know location. Time and problem . There customer service and managers ares reps whatever they label themselves as . Don’t do anything for a complaint . So I guess I spent 40 dollars for sides and raw chicken . And get talked to like I’m wrong from an arrogant worker that answered there phone . I will not go to any of there locations anymore . I see why they are closing so...
Read moreWhen I was leaving with my food I stopped and asked for the Signature dipping sauce and the Honey Mustard dipping sauce. The cook told me I could only have the Siganture sauce. I thought maybe they were out of Honey Mustard or something but NO. The cook proceeded to tell me that honey mustard doesn’t come in dipping sauce and it’s only in a big container in the back, it’s not in separate packages and that if I wanted honey mustard I needed to order on the chicken when I was being rung out. So he gave me the signature sauce and told me to hold on. He came back with a container 100% not filled with honey mustard (it looked more like a BBQ sauce) and told me again the if I wanted honey mustard that I need to order it on my chicken. Read more2nd time we visited in the last 3 weeks, the first time we came, there were 3 customers in the dining area and one waiting, no one in the drive-through, the employee advised we may want to leave it will be 28 minutes for any chicken. So we left. Today we visited and stood at the register for 4 minutes while at least 2 employees kept looking with not even a greeting. After a while an employee came from the back with food gloves on and took our order handed our reciept and proceeded to fill our order with the same gloves she just handled the register as well as other things. I said something to another employee and they asked who didn't change there gloves although it was apparent, so I said it to the employee and she didn't respond.
