I would love to give this a higher rating.
This building has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, over 20 shop vacancies.
During inclement weather, my folks and I walk 3 miles a day in the mall (about 6 laps). Alongside several other "regulars", there's a cozy community of mall walkers.
While there are some athletic options currently in the mall (a dojo, dance studio, indoor baseball/batting cages, a fitness & health studio) along with a few long-standing shops, I could see this becoming some sort of large health and wellness center.

Jimmy John's mazing and there some other good businesses in here too but I don't see that anybody wants to come here because the place is run down. It's really good to see people walking in it and it is a good place to go if you want try and look for the Muscatine rocks. But honestly it's kind of a dinosaur that the community is...
