Great Experience!!! Iāve never been a customer and today was my first time shopping for something specific in your store. The salesman was excellent. Down to earth, patient, and listened to what my wants/needs when we were looking for new beds. He read us like a book!! He let us shop around for a while giving us that time before approaching us. Then asked us how we were doing. If we were looking for anything specific.
I was going to tell him that we were just shopping around and didnāt need much help. But my brother spoke before I did and told the salesman that I wanted to learn more about the memory foam beds.
The salesman was very informative. I learned so ouch I didnāt know before. . I told him I couldnāt afford what I originally wanted which was the highest end of memory foam mattresses. He led me to one last memory foam bed that I hadnāt tried out and I ended up loving it!!! ITās everything I was looking for but more affordable for me and my family at this time.
I decided on TWO mattresses. One for myself and one for my daughter.
Iām just so pleased with the service I received today. He came through because he is a great listener and genuinely cared about meeting our needs Iāll definitely recommend him to family and friends

Amazingly, my table was in the "sister store" in Iowa City and would be delivered the following day! Sale person told me the truck would be arriving between 2 and 4, and I could do doorstep drop off or pick up. I decided to have her call me when the table arrived and we would schedule drop off or pick up. Following day, no phone call, so after 4pm I called the store, and yes my table was there. I was told door step drop off was NOT available and I would have to pick the table up myself. I went immediately - the table was in a box! NOBODY offered to help me carry the heavy awkward box - NOBODY even followed me through the large store to help open doors. I had to stop 3 times and set it down, I'm 70 years old and in good shape but this was a struggle! Sales person told me store pick ups are ALWAYS still in the box. NOBODY told me any of this!!! Then I had to go home and assemble it. Such poor customer service - do NOT shop there, go to the family owned furniture store...

Slumberland ad said it opened at 8:00 a.m. Sign on door said it did not open until 10:00 a.m. We leave and go back at 10:00 a.m. and again stand in line outside. When the doors finally opened, there were 2 lines of people waiting for customer service. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes I am next on line and one of the ladies announce that they are going to separate the lines. One side is for orders and one line for payment. I was of course in the line to pay so I had to go to the back of the line again to wait. We eventually just left. Later that day we went back to the store and this time we we're greeted promptly and very happy with our service. The item that we wished to purchase that was in the Black Friday ad had not arrived yet and had to be ordered. A week later, we picked up our purchase and I absolutely love it! So, on the quality of the product I ordered, I would give it 5 stars but the poor service that we received will probably prevent us from returning to the store for...
