I would give it a lower star rating if available, but it's not, so they got me again and get a 1 star undeservingly. Charged me full price for a 11 year old girl who ate 2 pieces of "pizza" is what they labeled it as and 1 desert piece. So that was how it started. Not 1 piece of silverware was clean enough to eat off of. I heard complaints from other tables also. I had to wash my own. The pizza selection and quantity was almost non existent at 6pm dinner, so for my first round I had to have soup and a piece of dry chicken, tasty chicken but dry, dry. I washed my spoon and had 1 bite of the soup and couldn't believe it so I tried it again. Yep, it was the worst thing I have ever tasted in a restaurant. Not kidding. So I went back to hopefully find a scrap of pizza. I found a fresh buffalo chicken pizza. I took 3 slices and they were decent and I ate them. I have heard so much about the desert pizza. True to reputation it was very good. I got a dish of ice cream to accompany the desert pizza and when I returned to the table my 11 year old daughter stated, DO NOT EAT THAT ICE CREAM!!! I laughed because I thought she was pulling my leg. She slid hers away and I tried mine. WOW it ties the soup for the worst thing I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My wife asked what was wrong with it. I replied, I have no words to describe it. My daughter chimed in and said, I do. It tastes like bad dog breath. She hit it on the head. I left and will not ever return. This was without a doubt the worst experience and value I have ever had. Maybe other locations are good but I can't say I would try it. Enter at your own risk and don't say you haven't...
Read more*I shared this on their feedback page but I thought I'd share it here since I have yet to hear back from Management about my experience.
I live 30 miles from this location and it just so happened I was in the area and having some chicken sounded great for dinner! I placed my order and Melanie was super nice getting my order placed.
The disappointment set in when I got home from my 30 mile drive home to find out that we didn't get what we ordered. I ordered a 12 piece Chicken box. I expected it to have 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 wings and 3 drumsticks. It only had 6 thighs and 6 drumsticks. They were very small pieces as well. The girl that took my order put us down for a 12 piece dark box. When she read back the order to me, she never mentioned that part or I would have corrected it. Along with my Chicken box. I also ordered Coleslaw (which wasn't the greatest) and Mashed Potatoes which were great.
My poor husband had sticker shock when I told him that I paid just over $70 for all dinner. As much as we love the food normally at Pizza Ranch, we just can't afford it anymore. High prices and the food portions were really small. It was really sad. . .
Yes I could have called and complained but I wasn't going to drive 30 miles back for them to correct it. I figured I'd do the survey and hope they would contact me and make it right. Needless to say, we won't be going back for...
Read moreI'm only rating three stars because these guys always seem understaffed, which I believe is hard to get enough people. The staff they do have are friendly even young ones just give them a smile. The food is a 3 because the other people in my group struggle to get the food they like, there were people waiting for food to come out and then it was empty in a minute. Bathrooms are nice, host has always been nice but busy! The arcade is why we go and that's a blast, the person at ticket redemption is helpful and patient with kids thank you! Especially to the one who helped my little decide on the skeleton unicorn lol, sometimes there's an issue with a game or claw machine but nothing major maybe put up a sign if your aware it's down but really no biggie. Oh to note, the food is tasty and I love the different pizzas and dessert pizza is fun I eat too much! Our main reason has always been the arcade but as a whole good food, good bathrooms, great games, just short staffed and food...
