Due to the shortages nationwide I can only speak to the sales process so far and I'll tell you Tali is so awesome! She is personable and truly speaks to the customer service aspect of sales. She remembered specifics about our interests after only meeting once months before and she worked hard to find us options that would work for our needs. We spoke to many other sales people in the quad cities and no one was as interested in finding us what we needed they were either completely disinterested or only looking for the final sale. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame from Pierce Furniture last Labor Day. A couple months ago, I was having some noise issues with the bed frame and Shawn came to the house to check it out. After checking the mattress and bed frame over, Shawn couldn’t find anything wrong and I was told if it continues to let him know. After another month went by, the noise issues got louder and I called Shawn again with the problem. I was very pleased to hear that they were going to replace my bed frame with an upgrade.
