They’re great, until they’re not!

Our apartment was riddled with BLACK MOLD, and we broke our lease immediately. We were denied assistance from the Villas with moving expenses because we didn’t accept another apartment within the complex; which was not offered to us until after we moved out and had signed another lease.

The mold found in our children’s bedroom upon move-out has now been painted over and they are trying to rent it out without taking proper steps to rid of the mold.

If this is removed, I will keep reposting. This is UNSAFE conditions for those who are living there and...

We lived here for a year. Didn’t have central air because they don’t pay the guys to come fix it so no one wants to offer their business. There are roaches in the apartments. They have a huge leak in the basement there is mold in the apartments. They tell you to just wipe off your windows. Nice are running around. The roaches are so bad you see them even in the halls on the walls. Don’t rent from here....

Awful and not worth a grand a month, “fixed” hot water issue two times in 7 months and still no hot water. Parking is terrible, the complex stinks of weed at night, the front door does not actually lock so key fobs are useless, and in 7 months Katie ignored any maintenance requests put in until a new guy came around and fixed my issue...
