NOTHING like the Florence location when it comes to customer service. We went for breakfast yesterday and arrived in line in the drivethru at 10:10am. It was literally 10:25 before we got to the screen to place our order. And i was told "sorry ma'am we are no longer serving breakfast" i was furious. First of all, DO NOT ADVERTISE BREAKFAST UNTIL 10:30AM AND STOP BEFORE 10:30AM. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR LINES ARE EXTREMELY LONG AND BE CONSIDERATE THAT MOST OF THOSE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN LINE FOR 20MINS OBVIOUSLY ARRIVING FOR BREAKFAST. DONT STOP EARLY & BE CONSIDERATE!!!!!! That or use a little more common sense when building your drivethru so that people can actually LEAVE THE LINE if they needed to. Like to come inside to order instead if they are worried they are running late. Or if they wanted breakfast but was denied it (early) (after their 25 min wait) and now they are still forced to wait in line. Fortunately the line moved very quickly in front of me because NUMEROUS vehicles were just waiting to get thru bc they obviously wanted breakfast as well. And was denied as well. I decided to stop at the window. Asked for the manager. Showed her my phone that read "10:28am" and asked her when they stopped serving breakfast. She said "we just got some biscuits put in the oven we can make you breakfast" I proceeded to ask her AGAIN (still with my phone in hand still saying 10:28) when do you stop serving breakfast??? She said "10:30." I said "Try to honor that. & That is A LOT of dissatisfied customers headed off to work (like myself) still hungry. I understand cut off times. I work in retail to if anybody understands cut offs and closing times itd be me. But you cut us off way early. With zero requard to all of our wait since WELL BEFORE 10:30am. My DOG is treated better than this at starbucks. MY DOG." I also mentioned the drivethru being built where nobody could leave or try to run inside to order instead. But that part of course not being her fault. Shes the manager, not the contractors who built the establishment. But as a manger, it's important to FOLLOW RULES and ALSO BE RESPECTFUL AND CONSIDERATE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Dont be a manger if you can't manage correctly. And im thinking that with Chick-Fil-A being so busy, give some people some extra time even. Im not saying 11am. Im not even saying 10:45. But deff let them still order at 10:25! Even 10:30-10:35! When it is obvious their extremely long wait time has affected their ability to get to your window. Because of YOUR choosen drivethru layout. Sorry to the other at least 3 people that I saw drive off ahead of me (and at least 4 more that drove off behind me) I FEEL YA. I will be returning to Florence location for my breakfast from here on out. Seems like their staff & manger has it...
Read moreGreat visit to grab breakfast this morning. We started out with a very pleasant and happy employee at the front counter. Madeline was smiling, eager and very helpful with placing our order. Today we had two Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit combos with hash browns and orange juice and the Mini 4 count with hash browns and orange juice. Our meal came out hot and fresh to our table. Kathy was another smiling face that brought the food to us. She was a very sweet and helpful employee that really made our visit even better. Not only did she deliver the food, but she may sure we had napkins and condiments. She even visited with us at our table and we talked a little about international travel and the beautiful country of Guatemala. It was a pleasure speaking with her and we enjoyed her company and her very positive attitude. We would definitely return to this location due to the care and service provided by Madeline and Kathy. Nothing like great service and...
Read moreI gave two stars for the food I eventually received. Told no less than 4 people I wanted naked chicken tenders. I explained I wanted no breading since my wife had a gluten intolerance. Ordered 3, one regular and 2 naked.
Received all three with breading. I didn't find this out until I got to my final destination. So I got back in the car and went inside to the on duty manager. He explained in detail how the didn't have naked tenders. So I asked you don't have any grilled chicken pieces you can eat with no breading. Oh yes we do.
So, with no apology the manager swapped the order. While smiling he told me mistakes do happen. There was no compensation, apology, concern for the mistake and all the aggravation.
If you work chicken all day everyday. You should know the term naked, or at least inquire at to what I mean. Not just nod and push me through so you can go the next person in line.
Won't be back. Lots of other...
