Bojangles — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

UPDATE 2: Again, I came back to the lobby at Bojangles in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Wednesday, November 23, 2022, 6:34 pm. Again, no one waited on me, seems they were too busy laughing and cutting up at the drive through. This was my LAST time ever coming to Bojangles. Horrible restaurant chain. [Photo]

UPDATE: I though that I would give this location another chance and went there for lunch, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, 1:05 pm CST. AGAIN, no one even made an effort to come to the counter to take my order. I left and came a mile down the road to Jack's. Someone should open a restaurant at this location, there does not seem to be one there now..

Ordinarily, I get great service and food for the Bojangles in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Not tonight. Making sure they were not about to close, I looked at the open times on the door and the sign said the lobby closes one hour before the drive through. The drive through was to close at 10:00 pm and it was 9:03 pm. I went inside to order and sit to have a quiet meal. When I entered, I noticed that all of the food had been taken up, the floors were very wet, and when I was seen by the creq behind the counter, it was like a look of disgust that I was coming in. I left and went to Slim Chickens where I was immediately greated with a welcome and not disdain. I will rethink my chicken purchases in the future. Not please with my visit to...

Nope. I'd give it only one star based on what it was and now what it has become. It seems the beautiful lady with the beautiful attitude which permeated throughout the staff with whom she worked and into the customer service given while she was there had retired, and that beautiful attitude, customer service & simply joy has retired with her. 🍛FOOD ⭐️⭐️ - no longer is it the best biscuits around, now it's just edible. 👥SERVICE ⭐️⭐️ - It seems when you ask for anything in particular, the effort is given to getting you the opposite. Two stars still though, because no one has been blatantly ugly (dismissive & seemingly annoyed to do the job - yes).

Sadly, we won't know when/if it ever goes back to what it was because we'll no longer be patrons to a place where the employees couldn't care less if we exist or not while serving food that we won't eat.

Year 2022 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Can't beat the friendliness of the staff! Food is great.

Ok.. why when I pull up to this place I have literally never eaten at and get met buy a guy (nice polite young man) that wants my order before I ha e seen a menu. When asked to see a menu he said they didn't give him one. So we pull up to the box (like a normal drive thru) and I'm trying to look at the menu and I place my order through him and didn't get what I wanted..poor service at the window.. ended up with 2 sandwich only (no drink and no sides) for 14$. And let me tell you it WAS NOT worth half of that. Thank you for thinking of your FIRST time customers that have never seen your menu or had a messed up experience like I had.
