Terry is the worst worker I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. When me and my family got to sonic we sat there for over 20 mins waiting to order and no one ever answered us over the machine so we had to holler at one of the workers to help us. The sonic worker came over and it was Terry. We told him we were there for a pickup and told him the name and he said he’d go look and be right back. He came back and said they had already gave that order out and there was nothing he could do about it and that it was normal for someone to come threw the drive thru and them accidentally give out your food to them. So I was very confused about this and asked him what he was gonna do about it if he was gonna remake our order or refund us our money and he refused to do remake our food or give us a refund. He told us we could come back the next day and he’d give us our order. I tried to continue talking to him staying calm while this man is acting like he’d rather be anywhere than there trying to help me fix my order, I just paid for, and he handed to someone else without confirming they was the rightful owners of the food. We were trying to continue the conversation with him to try to figure out what we needed to do but he just said he had orders to take and turned around and left us there. Read moreWe visited this store site tonight which we rarely frequent because of poor attention to order content being correct. Tonight we were pleasantly surprised to find stalls open and thought we'd enjoy the experience without having to drive to Florence. We ordered through the app hoping to expedite things in this time of employee shortages etc. After waiting over 30 minutes for our order we realized something must be amiss because many others had been served through the drive-thru.I went to the store and the manager looked completely surprised there was an order from the app. Shortly thereafter we were brought our sandwiches, they were not as piping hot as we expected, and drinks but noticed our onion rings were missing so we activated the button and no response. Once again I approached the store to address the issue. The associate informed me there were no rings and beckoned the manager to come, he said the same thing, there are no onion rings,.I asked him why he had not informed us or communicated at all through the speaker and he said he was sorry they had no onion rings and he had to go back to work, so I pointed out the fact we had paid for the missing item and he owed us at least a side, he didn't seem to have any wherewithal to take care of their mistake but did finally say we could get some fries and sent them out.Again we were disappointed by this facilities ability to perform basic...
Read moreI ordered online and I got to the restaurant and there was no place for me to park at one of the car hops spots. They were all roped off or had chairs in them. So I parked in a patio parking spot and tried to check in through their website. When I did this it said their system wasn't working. So I called this sonic and no one answered. I called maybe 7 times and no one ever answered. I had to go through the very long drive through line that took over 30 minutes. I told them at the speaker that I had an online order and they said they had it and to pull up. I got to the window and the lady was very rude. She was telling me they didn't have my order. She was assuming that I just came there for no reason. She kept on walking away from the window (very angry at me for some reason). She asked me what I ordered and the name on the order. She finally gave me my order that they had ready (obviously they received my order). The food was cold since I waited to long and it tasted terrible. Horrible service. Bad food.
