Creative Apparel — Local services in Muskogee

Dropped items off, a total of 6 garments for 3 different companies, in early November and was told roughly 2 weeks turn around time- stopped in about 2 and 1/2 weeks later to find out they forgot to let me know they had questions before they could proceed. Answered questions and was told they would be done “soon”. Now well into December and past the time anything can be shipped and arrive on time for Christmas- I called again and was told “Monday”. Came in Monday around 2pm and was told: we will call you “this afternoon “. No calls by 4:30, I call and was told to come in at 6pm (after close) and that they would be ready, SO I DRIVE BACK AGAIN (I am not local)- no answer, no response to knocking- another wasted trip. They called me later that night to tell me they forgot to have the phone on them and that I could get my stuff in the morning. Picked up my things today- big nice Carhart and Berne jackets (not cheap) and every single embroidery is crooked- even the jacket that has a CLEAR seam that could’ve been used for guidance. The job is done. I paid full price. Maybe this is a short staffed/holiday/COVID thing- but I don’t think we will be...

Poor service & work product. It took 12 weeks to get my two jackets back (which was significantly longer than the promised date & surpassed the requested deadline). Both of my jackets were completely ruined. On one of the jackets the owner stated she couldn't find what I was asking for so she just did what she felt would pass instead of letting me know. Anytime during the 12 weeks she could have told me she wasn't able to do what I had asked and I would have been happy to pick my items up & take them elsewhere. The other jacket was also damaged as it was torn in an area that she applied stitching. 12 weeks & $60 later I'm having to buy two new jackets to replace the ones that were ruined. ...

Called and asked if they could embroider leather and was told yes, had my daughter drop off bag on Tuesday for pick up next Monday. My daughter goes by on Monday they hadn't even touched it and it's been there a week almost,was told be done by noon and they would call. Received a call at 3pm saying they wouldn't be able to do it leather was too thick. This was a gift for a friend and now I can't get done in time by anyone else because they wasted a week not letting us know they couldn't do it. Won't be using this...
