The customer service is a bit of a hassle sometimes when calling in or trying to get them to do much of anything when referred to by the store, and the store says to return to customer care for many things that are very easy sometimes, or an inquire about your needs sometimes. Overall the quality of the store is very good, few bad apples in a bunch no matter where you go, just need to get a couple more people in the door for them to take the business to the stars and get themselves farther into the hole in the government phone company world and then limits are subject to what they want to be. Well I think my visit could of been better at easy wireless in Muskogee first better customer service second at this place here they need more training don't know what they are doing tell you one thing then turn around and say you can't do it after they just said you can third you always have to go back 2 or 3 times before your phone will work and if you ask them to help you sometimes they say sorry can't help you with that and you leave with a phone that doesn't work right I feel one's working here are not here for the people but just the job sorry but how I feel and was treated...went back next day to upgrade the lady that helped me was wonderful best worker there other employees can take some lessons from her give this lady a raise don't remember name but...

The staff was exceptional I had cricket but the service was quick. They approved me for the affordable connectivity program and I no longer have to worry about having a bill. I got a new tablet and and a new phone for only $25 altogether nobody can beat that. My past service with Cricket was so bad. There at Easy Wireless on E.S.
