My husband and I are on a fixed income. We went to the Muskogee Metro office to purchase a phone. We paid close to $600.00 for the phone. The associate never explained to us what the phone Intel. The phone didn't come with charger, plus other things we should have been informed. It said on our receipt we had 14 says to return our phone. After driving back to Metro, 45 minutes, we were told it was a final sale. We explained about the 14 days policy. The manager said he would contact corporate and call us. Here it is, a day later, still no call. My husband called Metro, the associate said she would get in touch with the manager, then call us back. No return call still. After my husband called 3 times, still no response back, no results. If that is the way they do business, no wonder all the bad reviews I read about them. I understand people going to Verizon or AT&T.
We waited for (the owner) to respond back to us as they said they would do. No response. Very frustrating they lied to their customer. I am telling everyone, do not trust Metro in Muskogee ok. When we were in Texas, the Metro in Plano TX, we're the fairest of all. We were with them around 20 years. We moved to Oklahoma, went to Muskogee ok, Metro. Boy were that a very bad move. Lie after lie. Please be careful people.
We went to T-Mobile this week in Mcalester ok. Talk about Customer service. They take care of their customers. Kimberly waited on us. My husband explain the bad experience with Metro. Kimberly took control and took care of us. She went up and beyond to take care of us. My husband told her about a phone he was wanting. She brought it from the back, showing my husband. It cost us nothing. We will forever be grateful for the service Kimberly gave us. We can say, we are proud customers of T-Mobile. Never again will we have anything to do with Metro. Again, search out the service with T-Mobile before stepping your...
Read moreIf you go into the Muskogee store they are very professional and they help you very well however if you call in to their service on the phone and try to remove a phone line they give you the runaround I have called four times to remove a phone from my line and they have refused to do it even though the phone is broken and doesn't work and I've replaced it with a new phone they seem to think that they're going to lose money by me taking off a phone that doesn't even work that I've already replaced so they continuously try to upsell I was on hold for over 50 minutes and had to drive to a store which I stayed on hold the entire time and they still didn't help me over the phone numerous times when I have bought new phones they have told me over the phone that I still had insurance on my phones and they removed it to make my bill cheaper without letting me know this company is actually gone to hell The only way that you will get any resolve is by going into the store personally to deal with an American because they hire out through the Philippines for their phone service and they train them to just upsell and to obviously lie to you and not turn your phone off when you request it I was so heated thank God for candy and the Muskogee office helping me to accomplish what I was trying to do for over 2 weeks My bill is supposed to be 156 four phones on $100 plan in hotspot but because they refuse to remove that phone it was going to be $230 that is a big difference in a time where our economy has gone to hell who can afford to pay that much for phones and especially a phone you can't even turn on do better T-Mobile do better I've been a customer with you guys for 9 years and I'm seriously considering...
Read moreHorrible experience here this week. I bought a Samsung galaxy j7 prime here at this location 6 months ago, and the rep that I dealt with was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Unfortunately, my phone has recently been acting up and not wanting to charge past 15% or so, even with it being left on the wall charger for hours on end, OR it wouldn't charge past 5% and would cut off very quickly because it wasn't charging. I took my phone to this location on Monday and explained my issue. The rep, different from the one I initially worked with, plugged my phone into the wall charger inside the store and told me that my phone WAS charging and that I just needed to get a new charger. So, I went to the nearby Family Dollar and got a brand new $12 wall charger. My phone quickly charged, but never got to 100%. I started having problems again yesterday and this morning, so I took my phone back to this location and the same rep again plugged my phone in and told me that it was charging. I explained to him that it does charge, but it won't go past 5-10% now for whatever reason. He explained that I needed a new battery, but that they don't have extra batteries there at the store or sell replacements. I basically wasted my time and now need to either buy a replacement battery online, or get a brand new phone altogether. Very frustrating experience at this store. The rep I dealt with just didn't seem to care or go through any extra effort to...
